• Marina (10/5): - Веранда решает все! Для детей и взрослых немного трудно будет подниматься по винтовой лестнице. Но вид оттуда просто волшебный. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Блинчики с творогом, сырники, жареная картошка! Кровати удобные, вода теплая есть. И расположение в старом городе, все в шаговой доступности.

• marie-ange (8/5): - La grande bonté de la personne à l'accueil qui m'a été d'une grande aide pour l'organisation du transport pour Nourata. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La terrasse est agréable pour profiter de la fraîcheur du soir. Ma douche bouchée a été réparé immédiatement, par contre elle n'a pas de rideau. Les fenêtres ajourées sans rideau : réveil matin garanti.
• Marie_F (10/5): Boukhara, une ville où l'on sent encore le patrimoine culturel du moyen-âge. - Tout était parfait en complète relation avec le rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est à 5-6 minutes à pied du centre historique. On peut aussi commencer la visite touristique en sortant de l'hôtel qui est situé à côté des anciennes prisons qui se visitent et continuer vers le fort. Tous les lieux touristiques sont à proximité à pied. Il y a une belle terrasse qui permet de finir la soirée avec une vue sur les monuments illuminés. Le personnel est charmant et disponible. Attention, il faut parler l'anglais ou le russe ... (ou l'ouzbek). Sinon, aucun problème

• Chanda (8/5): Value for money and great location - The location is in safe alley and close to the Old Town. The receptionist, Sarvar was accommodating, warm, and always willing to help. The view from the terrace is impeccable. The soundproofing really needs to be improved. Just a heads up for light sleepeers, it could get really noisy as you hear the footsteps in the corridor, doors closing and opening, people talking. Maybe some carpets would help in insulating the sound.

L'emplacement est très bien (pas loin de la place kalyon, juste à côté de zindan) et la terrasse est très agréable mais le petit déjeuner n'est pas forcément servi sur la terrasse. Dans ce cas, il est servi dans le hall devant les chambres à chaque étage. Ce n'est pas chaleureux. La chambre était petite. Comme elle était au rdc , la lumière passait par une vitre non obstruée. C'était bruyant.

Gli spazi, almeno nella nostra camera, erano angusti. In bagno non c'era un singolo ripiano per poggiare i beauty case e la doccia non aveva né piatto doccia né una tenda, finendo per inondare l'intero bagno. La moquette del pavimento non dava una grande sensazione di pulito, mentre la colazione, seppur abbondante, era troppo grassa, oleosa, tanto che dal secondo giorno ci siamo arrangiati diversamente.

Suggestion : mettre des rideaux dans la chambre pour limiter la lumière du jour le matin.

• chiara (8/5): - great position inside the old town of bukhara, 10’ walking from poi-kalyan the terrace is amazing very nice staff, the owner helped us with our transfer from and to the station overall our experience was positive and the family who run the guesthouse is super nice! the beds were very hard and, for our personal opinion, uncomfortable the linen, also, were too short for the bed and you always wake up basically on the mattress but I’ve noticed it’s kinda common in Uzbekistan the room was very small, such as the bathroom

• Yana (9/5): Definitely Recommended! - The members of staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We had an early check out and wonderful lady who is responsible for the kitchen made us some delicious take away breakfast - it was super nice of her! Location is wonderful - it's in the area where locals live, so very authentic and walking distance from all the major attractions. The terrace is also super cool; it was a bit too cold to stay there when we were visiting in early April, but otherwise a perfect spot for morning coffees/watching the sunset. Highly recommended! just a note that if you have a room closer to the entrance, it might get tiny bit noisy

The only things that could be improved is that we often felt like a hassle to staff, and had to politely remind them of things that were part of our booking (eg breakfast, check out documents) or that they had agreed upon previously (eg us paying for our washing to be done).

• Anna (9/5): Да все отлично, рекомендую! - Отличное расположение рядом со старым городом, все в пешей доступности. Шикарная терраса, мы там завтракали и пили вечером чай с видом на минарет. Отдельное спасибо Сарвару - чудесный молодой человек, готовый и помочь, и поболтать (при этом ненавязчив, что важно). Сам отель достаточно колоритный, номера небольшие, но для переночевать вполне достаточно. Отсутствует чайник и посуда - но чайник есть на этаже, а посуду (чашки, тарелки, приборы) Сарвар организовал по запросу. Холодильник общий на этаже. По темноте ходить по узким улочкам немного страшно, но это не минус отеля. Нет поблизости магазина.

Номера чистые, всё что нужно для комфортного проживания есть. Завтрак и вечерний кофе на террасе - это отдельное удовольствие! Хочу выразить благодарность управляющему Сарвару. • Gian Domenico (8/5): - Situato vicino al centro in un vicolo, a volte il taxi fà fatica ad entrare x le auto in sosta e vi lascia ad un centinaio di metri prima, non allarmatevi, il posto è tranquillo, io ci ho girato a piedi anche la sera tardi. Il gestore è un ragazzo molto gentile che parla bene inglese. Gli ambienti e la biancheria sono puliti; acqua, thè e caffè e bollitore sempre disponibili, ottima e varia colazione. Le lenzuola; sembravano garze, poi piccole rispetto al letto, se ti agitavi un po' ti ritrovavi a dormire sul materasso.

• Timur Bakhtiev (10/5): - Шикарное расположение! Выходишь в сторону крепости Арк и по дороге сразу Бухарский зиндан (музей) :) До крепости тоже не более 10 минут. До рынка Так-и-Заргорон и окружающих его достопримечательностей тоже недалеко. В общем, в историческом центре. Понравилось отношение персонала, Сарвар во всём помогал, от выдачи заварного чайника до объяснения таксисту, как проехать. Номер у нас был небольшой и без окон, но с достаточно свежим ремонтом, приличным санузлом. Фото номера не делал, поэтому выкладываю фото только с чаепития на террасе. Завтрак был простой, но вполне достаточный для первого приема пищи. Тяжеловато иногда доехать, узкие улицы бывают другими автомобилями или дорожными работами. Таксисты путаются и боятся ехать, опасаясь, что не смогут развернуться. Мы приезжали и уезжали с жд вокзала ночью, более менее-нормально, а вот днём таксист просто не смог довести нас до отеля. Надо вызывать такси не в сам отель, а на ближайшие точки, где широкая дорога. Подъем на второй этаж и террасу по винтовой лестнице, что может быть затруднительно для пожилых людей.

The host let us do a late check in since our train came lateo int Bukhara. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were comfortable I really liked how they had a fridge store your own food and drink and they have a water filter for free water refills which I haven’t seen so far elsewhere in Uzbekistan!! The bathroom smelled. I think this may be due to the drain situation. It smelled really badly and their drains need cleaning! Also the bedding was too small for the bed. We couldn’t tuck it in the bed at all and basically didn’t sleep with bedding the entire time as it kept falling off.

• Ting (10/5): - This is my second time in Uzbekistan. The service and the cleanliness is excellent as last time, and I enjoyed to stay in here. The sunset from the terrace is unbreathable and beautiful. The receptionist shared a lot of useful information to me, including the restaurant he recommended, secret tourist attractions.
• Ting (10/5): - The receptionist is very friendly and always with simile. I was staying in the 2/F and he was helping me to take the luggage upstairs even though the luggage was very heavy.

• Lenny Rose (9/5): Great - for the Hotel Rizvon (partner hotel) - it was great, clean, and near tourist spots They just transferred me to Rizvon on the day of my check in but was ok since rizvon is ok too. I just did not experience the terrace of Shom that I wanted when I booked
• Get2yasir (10/5): Dr.Yasir - Everything specially how manager treats guests its amazing and he has a cute smile on his face everytime and ready to help his guests.as much as he can, As well as location and dom enterior i loved and breakfast ❣️ If really nothing baf at all everthing was beyond expectation
