• Maryna (7/5): - Nice stylish spacious apartment for two. Suitable for those who check in late. Good location, couple of supermarkets nearby, comfortable to get everywhere with public transportation. Mostly clean The shower faucet is leaking. The handles on all the kitchen fronts were covered in dark fingerprints. The previous residents left their food (some pastries) in the kitchen, no one cleaned it up. Frying pan was missing, we wrote to landlords and received a response that we would not be able to get a frying pan during our stay.

• Brook (7/5): fine place to stay but no Air Con - The location was great- close access to public transit and Serdika Mall. The host was responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. It said there was air conditioning but there wasn't. I contacted the host about it and they said they would fix that in the description. There wasn't much ventilation in the apartment since all the windows are on one side. There was a fan, but it was still stuffy in the apartment.
• Luanne (9/5): Enjoyed my stay. - I loved the location. I would make very few additions. One would be to include a hairdryer. For a lot of people that is hard to transport internationally. For females in particular that is more important than an iron, which Capuccino has. A full roll of toilet paper installed and even maybe a spare roll would have been nice for a 10-day stay. If you do not realize ahead of time that this is absent you can be caught in an inconvenient situation. But overall, the big picture is that it is a great place in a great location.Quiet and clean. Very good shower, which many places do not have. I would stay there again. Very few things I would change. i have mentioned them above. Since I was there 10 days I was. borderline for using the washing machine. Instructions on how to use it would have been nice and especially if they could do it in English. But if you plan to wash clothes be prepared to go to the store or bring laundry detergent. Since a lot of people do not need a big bottle of laundry detergent, maybe a little one wash pod or little sample envelope of detergent like you can buy at laundry mats in the US would have been helpful. It is the small touches here and there that are helpful to tourists. One other thing: I did not expect the price I paid to be so disparate from the estimated price they had given me. It was over $70 more than estimated. Still an ok price but should be closer to the expectation set.
• Cheng (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was fine. The flat was big. Possibility for early check in. We could leave the luggage with the reception after check out. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The utensils could be updated. Did not use the pan as it did not look good. Not sure if the curtains were clean. The door to the shower could not close. Not enough toilet rolls and detergent for the stay. The heating system made too much noise.

• Kristin (10/5): Honestly, I would live here if I could. - The appartment exceeded my expectations, the place itself was so nice I didn't want to leave. The interrior was minimal and functional, well mantained and clean. The room was bright and the place was quiet and private. The location is great and very convenient for any type of commute. There are coffees, restaurants and shops literally arround the corner.

• Zvezdelina (6/5): Pleasant - Very disappointed with the place. Looks cute, but it is not comfortable. It is on the parter floor and I had the feeling that I was in the basement. Very dirty. Spiderweb all over the place, curtains hanging down, power outlets out of the sockets (Very, very dangerous)., shower door not able to close .No coffee maker. Cabinets full of old condiments.
