- Ken Gilligan (8/5): As i have previously mentioned, Tramonto is very nice, and is good value for what we paid. - The young chap who met us was incredibly helpful and friendly. Showed us to the parking space, and then took us up to the room. The apartment garage entrance is difficult to find in the night time, as the turning into the side street is very hard to see. The only problem we had was trying to sort out the TV. But this is not uncommon in such circumstance. One thing i would say is how easy it was to contact the service team, as they use whatsapp, and are always ready to offer assistance. As previous people have mentioned, the noise from the street can be a problem, especially on Saturday nights..all the boy racers are out, and trying to see who has the loudest exhaust pipe... But overall I would stay here again..
- Hermann (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean accomodation with a fantastic view and a great location. Noise from the road can trouble light sleepers. Nox management charged an additional breakage fee on top of the accommodation fee. This fee is also only disclosed after you have paid for the accommodation. There is no indication of additional charges after you have paid for your accommodation. We have booked numerous times with Bookings.com, Lekkerslaap and AIRBNB. All the platforms indicate the breakage fee, deposit and cleaning fees upfront before you pay. However, with NOX, there is a non-disclosure where the breakage fee of R750 or a deposit of R10,000 (Yes, really!!) is payable, of which they keep a minimum of R350 for admin fees. This is a misrepresentation, as these fees are only disclosed to you after you have paid for your accommodation. I will never book an accommodation which is managed by NOX.

- Margo (10/5): Tramonto apartment was a lovely apartment to return to after a busy day. - Perfect stay for our holiday in Cape Town. Central to everything. The apartment has everything and more needed and was immaculate. I would totally recommend for a relaxing, great holiday The only thing we thought was unusual was there were no cushions on the sun beds which are metal. We didn’t use the pool much but people had pulled the cushions off sofas to use. They were a little marked but can’t blame people.

It was comfortable for two couples sharing. Staff kind and helpful during check-in. The insurance policy is a schlepp, and will cost you additional either way. Not the worst thing though, if you’re aware.
