• Bidleman (10/5): Amazing - we will be back here - FOR SURE! - Small property with what seemed “adults only” vibe! Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff was SUPER friendly and responsive. Being American, I would review slight differences between American and European styles - our specifically was with the “hot” and “cold” directions on the sinks and shower - it’s completely opposite in the US.

Além dos eletrodomésticos (Airfryer, torradeira, microondas, cafeteira e chaleira) e utensílios necessários para cozinhar, contamos com cadeiras e toalhas de praia (itens valiosos para frequentar as praias de Aruba). A limpeza do apartamento, das roupas de cama e das toalhas estavam impecáveis. A cama é bem grande e confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo, o ar condicionado é silencioso e o isolamento acústico é excelente. Enfim, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza voltaremos.

Die Lage war ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch essentiell. Da gab es nicht viel... ein Kleiderschrank oder ein paar mehr Ablagen wären schön gewesen aber das tut der guten Bewertung keinen Abruch tun.

It was great having two bedrooms with comfortable king beds and two en-suite bathrooms. Nice modern kitchen with good appliances. There was a dining area with a separate living room open plan. Air conditioning throughout. Comfortable sofa. Balcony with table and chairs was an added benefit. Pool was very clean and the area around the pool was well maintained and grill was great. They provided beach chairs for your use. Would stay here again.

You have everything you need for your stay. They even give you foldable chairs which can be super handy at the beaches. The manager did the best to accommodate our further wishes as well.

• Brian (10/5): Wonderful stay in new modern comfortable Kaikushi - This is a very new and modern Adults-only place, only a few years old. We stayed in a spacious 2-bed/2-bath room unit on the second floor. Quite a large unit with 2 king-sized beds. Bedrooms were fantastic with comfortable sheets and king-sized beds. Each bedroom had 2 twin mattresses pushed together I believe. Very quiet and clean with good blackout curtains. Air Conditioners worked well too. We slept very well here. All the furniture is very nice, solidly built, and comfortable. Location is very conveniently located about 5-minute drive to Palm and Eagle Beaches. Tons of good restaurants also a short drive away. I'd strongly recommend a car for Aruba since stuff is a little too spread out unless you're staying at a beach resort, which this place is not. Everything inside the unit worked well. The entire place was extremely clean and we didn't see a single bug, insect, ant, or fly inside the unit. We booked this place last-minute due to a problem at our previous hotel. The booking/check-in/check-out process and associated communication (via WhatsApp) with Maya was very smooth and easy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Kaikushi. There was not really any closet or clothing storage space in the bedrooms, just a rod and hangers. So we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases on the bedroom floors. There wasn't much in terms of cooking supplies (no cooking oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, kitchen supplies from previous guests that you may find in some other vacation rentals, so you'll have to bring all of that yourself if you plan on cooking). There were plenty of cups and dishes though. No hot tub: even though the pool is divided into sections, it's all ambient temperature. The view from the balconies is nothing special. These are all small trivial things that did not take away from our excellent stay.

The property is clean, the pool is wonderful and the units are just the right size! We recommend renting a car as they are close to two main beaches and grocery store. If you’re in doubt don’t wait to book, you won’t be disappointed.👍

There are some walkable spots but to get experience of the entire island you should rent a car. Beautiful property, this will definitely be my go to spot to stay the next time I return to Aruba.

The mattress topper should be replaced. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The pool and whirlpool was the best!

It’s spacious, very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioning is terrific. Tineke was very helpful and housekeeping is top-notch. Plenty of bath and beach towels available. There is free parking. Super Foods is an easy 5 minute drive and Palm Beach and Eagle Beach are also a short drive away. The pool and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained. Book it!

Very friendly. It was close to everything. We rented a car but could have walked to large grocery store and pharmacy. We had a beautiful outdoor courtyard where we had our morning coffee.. Wonderful balcony with dining table and chairs. Private pool was nice with plenty of seating. Grocery store and restaurants were close. When needed, the property management staff was prompt, responsive and extremely nice! Almost a full kitchen but missing an oven and the property didn’t have a grill or in unit washer and dryer.

Just a couple of dislikes but overall great stay - Very nice place, great staff, very clean, fairly quiet except for a thump thump (mechanical) at night (?) Sewer gas coming from toilet at times. No oven or grill (we ended up having to buy a grill at a local hardware store)

The instructions were clear on how to access property and they also help with taxi numbers and rental car service if needed. About a 5-6 min drive from palm beach. I just wish it was in walking distance of restaurants and shops. No fault of theirs however. Overall, no complaints!

The property is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning ensured we stayed cool in the tropical climate. The location was ideal – close enough to all the popular attractions, but far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. The outdoor spaces, including the pool and garden, were serene and beautifully maintained. We spent hours relaxing under the palm trees and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The staff at Kaikushi went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with recommendations for activities, dining, and transportation. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet authentic experience in Aruba, Kaikushi is the perfect choice. I’m already planning my next trip back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Chloe (10/5): - Stayed here for my birthday loved everything about it super easy to talk to. Cabs were easy to get and affordable. It’s near the strip very fun! Will consider staying here next time around
• Yosef (10/5): - My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay in Kaikushi. The place was great, and I really liked the location. It was quiet, allowing us to relax in a calm atmosphere, and the stores nearby made everything very convenient.
• Courtney (10/5): Beautiful Aruba apartment - Beautiful apartments in a good location - well equipped with air con, fridge, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher and iron/steamer. Very good value for money. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. The owner Maya was always on hand and helpful with any queries. Folding beach chairs were available to use during the stay too. $10-12 dollars in a taxi (5 min drive) to palm/eagle beach, depending on time of day. It’s walkable but we didn’t attempt it in the heat! There’s a couple of local stores down the road too. Wi-Fi was sometimes a little temperamental - was fine the first day but struggled to get uninterrupted Wi-Fi access after this (not sure if this might just be typical for Aruba). Wouldn’t stop me from coming back or recommending to anyone.

• Maryan (10/5): Wonderful - The villa is situated in an ideal location with only a few minute drive to the best beaches on the island and stunning pool side to unwind in, beautiful interior, spacious and top of the range lighting in the bathrooms of the villa for my girlies. We received outstanding service from the lovely Maya who helped with all our questions and made our stay spectacular. Will definitely be visit again.
