Beds really comfortable, loved the large decking area with lockable gate, washer and dryer is a bonus. The staff at Cayton Bay are really kind and helpful will definitely be returning. Nothing

• peter (6/5): nice break but cleaning standards need to be much higher. - plenty of space in the van, nice big deck outside. kitchen area could have been cleaner, on entering there was a lot of flys in the van we had to go buy fly spray to clear them, there was no wash up liquid , so you could mention this with things to bring with you, also the tap on the sink is loose caravan jay8 and carpets were a bit grubby.table and chairs outside had to be cleaned by us before we could use them .

The park had ample facilities to keep the kids entertained, and the food was well cooked with a decent variety. The WiFi in the caravan was very hit and miss, even when I paid for an upgraded premium service.

• Emily (10/5): - Lovely caravan. Nicely situated close to the amenities. Plenty of space for us all. The kids had a fantastic time.
• Jumoke (1/5): Total waste of time money and resources - Location is as expected but with very poor service and lack of professionalism. I do not like the idea of having to pay extra to access the facilities in the property when it’s absolutely free if I had booked directly with the resort, there was no wifi at the property and unable to connect the tv or watch any program. It’s a total waste of time and money considering that I came all the way from London to enjoy the facilities only to come pay extra for it. The staff I spoke to on phone was very unprofessional and even confirmed to me that £500 for 3nights was just to rent a space to sleep and not including activities in the facilities nor access to use the property tv. Everything seems broken and we kept calling staffs to come get things fixed in the property. It’s such a disaster and not fun for my family at all.
• Dawn (9/5): Great place and the owner was helpful when we arrived as we were early and booking.com said we could get in at 2pm but i - Spacious living room and outdoor seating There wasn’t a non slip mat in shower and one of us had a fall getting out.
• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the caravan was superb, just a few minutes walk to the facilities. The caravan was super cozy and well equipment. Adelfas made for the perfect Easter getaway. We can't wait to return!

• Jessica (10/5): Fantastic, my son had a great time. - The caravan was nice and spacious for us, the shower was great, the style inside was pretty and we loved the electric blankets! Was lovely and cosey, the host responded right away when I had a question to ask and the location was perfect. I’d definitely would book again with this host. We had an amazing time . The staff on the park were amazing with they’re entertainment and To be honest can’t say there was anything we didn’t like about the caravan. Only thing I’d say was the park it’s self the prices were quite over the top and unreasonable and we seen that it said when we booked that the pool was also free with the booking we made but how ever we got there and were told to pay for passes and the WiFi didn’t work but they wanted you to pay 33 pound to use there WiFi which was ridiculous. And the cleaners also wanted us out at 10 when the welcome pack says 11 so we felt rushed at this point So yeah more the park we had an issue with.

• Nedas (10/5): One of the best FAMILY WEEKENDS OFF! - The caravan was in perfect condition. Fully fitted kitchen, spacious sitting room, three bedrooms, big TV, many table games(which we found out just before we had to go) two toilets etc. Our family stayed in the middle of November, so had to turn the heating on. Unbelievably, but my wife felt so warm and cosy, that she just didn't want to leave... None

Radiator in the bathroom very rusty and found some used hair bobbles with hair in behind cushions. It was also pretty cold on arrival, it would have been great if the heating had been on, especially for the kids.

• Emma (9/5): beautiful caravan, great location - very nice and clean. beautifully decorated! felt very cozy and had everything we needed for the week! Wi-fi connection wasn’t great which resulted in the television services not working plus couldn’t connect to the internet on our phones

It was in a great location near the entertainment centre. The decking and outdoor furniture was great to sit and relax in the sun. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again one day.

• Lisa (9/5): Perfect for a short break - The holiday home was equipped with absolutely everything and even nice touches like candles and diffusers. The beds were comfy and everything very clean. There seemed to be a high level of moisture in the holiday home, obviously an ongoing issue as there were a number of dehumidifiers around. There were no signs of mould anywhere though.
