• Tomasz (9/5): This was a pleasant stay with a good rest. - I liked that the area is quiet and nice. This is a good stay, when you need to rest, during a travel, for example. The host meets you nicely at the indicated time, and is very helpfull and open, flexible. The parking lot is not directly near the building, but it is also not that far. Not even 5 minutes, but 2 minutes of walk. It is literally 300m away. I'd recommend this palce due to all of the above. Our room was a little limited in space. You cannot park in the proximity of the house. Was a little expensive there for the room size.

• Rudloff (8/5): - Super zentrale Lage, vorallem für Öffis Fahrer, spar ect alles fußläufig erreichbar... Das Appartement hat alles was man sich wünscht und braucht 😃 sehr ruhig und der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Mann

• Olena (10/5): Дуже дякуємо, Thomas! - Сподобалося все! 🥰 ми перебували на футбольному турнірі 3 людини: син, я та чоловік. Вмістилися всі 🥰 Місце розташування прекрасне. Маленькі комфортні апартаменти. Всередині є все, що вам потрібно, адже господар подбав про все, навіть найменші дрібнички: вершки для кави 🥰 Посуд, пральна машина, кавоварка, фен, засіб для гігієни, рушники, постіль, холодильник, засоби для миття посуду, порошок пральний…. Господар дуже чемний, показав де паркінг, підвіз ключі та відповідав на всі наші запитання. Дуже дякуємо Thomas! Потрібно засіб від комарів.

• Verena (8/5): Super, danke für alles! - Toller Vermieter, super Lage, für Kinder perfekt, da Spielzeug und genug Platz vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief super. Auf Nachfrage wurden sogar extra ein Wäscheständer und zusätzliche Kaffee-Tabs gebracht. Leider sind wir genau in der Mückensaison gekommen. Da kann die Unterkunft nun nichts dafür, aber über Nacht sollte man die Fenster geschlossen halten.

• Peggy (10/5): - Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unmittelbar nach meiner Ankunft persönlich vor Ort. Die Kommunikation war super und der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die kleine Küche war ideal und ausreichend. Vielen Dank nochmals.

• Marius (9/5): Sauber und familienfreundlich - Sehr sauber, Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und es gab sogar Spielzeug im Zimmer für die Kinder. Kein tv, was ich als positiv werte - da haben wir viel lieber das Kinder Spielzeug. Bei einem Fenster im Zimmer fehlt das Rollo

• Katharina (7/5): Preisgünstige FeWo für Öffi-Nutzer - Der Vermieter war unglaublich entgegenkommend anläßlich meiner verfrühten Anreise und hat mir um die Mittagszeit den Schlüssel persönlich übergeben und sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Meine kleine FEWO lag im Dachgeschoß eines alten Hauses und bot grundsätzlich alles und war sehr zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffeekapseln waren sehr gut, Kaffeesahne und Zucker waren auch vorhanden. Lage liegt logistisch sehr günstig, Fußweg nur 5 min. zur Haltestelle Lauterach. Bregenz oder Dornbirn sind in kurzer Zeit per Zug erreichbar. Aufgrund der Dachschräge war das Lesen im Bett suboptimal, da man zu geringe Raumhöhe hatte. Das Dachfenster konnte man nur leicht kippen, da es immer wieder zu fiel; aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheit kann leider kein Mückengitter angebracht werden; die Gelsen waren entsprechend unangenehm und haben die Nachtruhe getrübt.

• Petr (5/5): Passable - Ok for one night. Kitchenette was handy. Remote parking didn't make much sense, there was free yard in front of the house. Only window to allow air in the room didn't hold open and was missing sun shield. Very little space in the apartment for personal belongings. Stove top light didn't work.
