• Myo (10/5): Amazing. - First of all, there’s a very special place while you’re walking around in the place, surrounded by plants, herbs , flowers and different kinds of fruits . Peace and quiet, daily housekeeping, feel free and relaxation. We’re really enjoying the place and highly recommend .
• philip (10/5): - Resort style chalets. The owner spoke English. Made to feel welcome and comfortable immediately. The grounds were spotless. The air smelt so fresh being amongst the trees. Away from the main road but only 1 minute. Room, bed, tv, shower room, parking close. Sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to yourself. Priceless. Have stayed before and will again. 5 minutes to town. Free coffee and toast in the morning

• Sarah (9/5): - Bon rapport qualité prix pour ce type d’établissement. Nous avions une voiture donc nous étions capable de retourner en ville facilement. Cet établissement est en nature donc il peut y avoir des petits visiteurs; nous avons eu un gecko durant les 2 nuits.
• Julia (9/5): - The grounds of the property are lovely with beautiful plants all around. The cottages are adorable and the owners are so lovely. Everything is very clean and the shower has good water pressure and temperature. Only thing was that the mattress is very hard

• Gintaras (9/5): Nice place! - The place is incredibly beautiful, featuring a lovely garden. The staff is very friendly and assisted us with our laundry while providing us with upgraded bungalows. The location is clean and well-maintained. Although it is a bit far from the center, having a scooter makes it easy to get around. I really love this place! ;) Wi-Fi can be faster in a bungalow, sometimes it is hard to connect.

• De (9/5): Value for money! - The highlights: the hosts and the cozyness of the area you stay in! It's pretty much neccesary to bring a scooter or car. You are decently far away from the nearest restaurants and other facilities.

Also, they gave me a ride to the bus station in the morning and as they did not have a double room available for us, they upgraded our room without any fee! Highly recommended ☺️☺️

Taking care of all the complains and requests we had. This is very good. Nothing to mention on this. We had issue with one of our rooms and they were very quick to change the room based on our request.

The room and bathroom were both spacious and spotless, with aircon, fan and fridge. The grounds were beautiful with plenty of seating areas situated out of town down the end of a quiet road. • Bee (8/5): Nice owner , very homely - The unit is basic for the price we paid, very acceptable. The owner was really very nice and even loan me a hair dryer when requested for it. They provide bread and coffee ( although we have no breakfast in our package) Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves very much in the area, Little insects.
• Alyvian (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very beautiful and special place! In the morning you are greeted by birdsongs and crowing roosters. There is free tea and toasts for breakfast. Special thanks to the friendly hosts who drove us to the motorcycle rental place and to the bus station.

• Isabel (10/5): Nice place to stay in Mae Hong Son - Great place to stay! Our host was incredibly kind as she let us not only check in early to our room, but also upgraded us free of charge. She left us complimentary water in the fridge that was nice and cold when we arrived. The room was also very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location was a very short drive from the city (only about 7-8 minutes). Very wonderful We came in Thai summer so everyday is really hot and the sun very strong. The air conditioner worked well, but it did take a bit longer than we initially hoped to cool down the room since even the walls were hot from the strong sun. It took about an hour before we felt it was cool enough for sleeping.
• Chilari (9/5): Superb - The location was nice, very calm and in a nice remote area. The premises are actually quite big, they have a lot of rooms and bungalows. But it was very quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very simple, just some toast and instant coffee/ tea. It was actually a lovely place to stay in. The only thing I could mention is the check in and check out experience. We got there after a very long bike journey, around 8-9pm, and it was not easy to find how to check in. The hosts’ house is not obvious at all, we knocked at the door (where they live), and they were confused about our check in, didn’t seem to know any information about our check in. Eventually they figured it out. But the check out wasn’t much difference, I had to go around the premises to find a staff member to pay with. We could have easily walked off without paying, nobody seemed to be bothered about our check out.
• Alistair (8/5): Very good - Lovely room with a great aircon, had a bungalow which was awesome! Staff were so nice and friendly. It's quite far from everything and there is construction right next door so it's a bit loud during the day.
• Bùi (10/5): A perfect place! - It’s located in a high spot of the village so the view is magnificent both day and night. The facility is so good there even is a big room to hang clothes and change (this is impressive). Everything is so clean and well-prepared to meet the needs of the guests. The balcony is large and so relaxing. It’s too good for a place that cheap, honestly. I’ve never stay anywhere better with that price!
• Gio (8/5): Calm place - Charming and quiet place, as shown in the photos, outside of the busy area but 10 minutes tops from commodities. The staff is welcoming. Tea and coffee are free at the bar. The place lacks soundproofing, which makes it uncomfortable when one has loud neighbors.

Staff really friendly. Location was good as really easy to drive into town Bathroom drain was a bit smelly but nothing major. Great place you should go here!

• Delhaye (8/5): Highy recommend staying here! - Only stayed here for 1 night, but really loved the location. Felt like a cute little town with all different houses and nice decorations! Bed was really big and comfortable, good working AC as well. Location also very good if you have transportation. On scooter only 5 min to night markets in Mae Hong Son. In the morning there was free toast with butter, jam and coffee/tea available. Definitely recommend staying here! Very friendly staff as well. There was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

The property itself was very clean and all the houses hold items were nicely kept and good quality. Nothing to complain about , just the bed could have been more comfortable.

Great little bungalow, surprisingly big on the inside. Quite a few drain flies - but I did go at the start of the rainy season, so that may have brought them out.

• Jonathan (10/5): Worth staying for as long as possible! - I love it when it felt so hospitable even when we arrived as late as 11pm Free transport from owners to the town centre, they are easily contactable via line ID. The garden around the accommodation feels pretty tranquil and peaceful, even on rainy day. Room service is excellent, towels changed everyday. Flexible check out time. They helped us arrange transport to Pai for a low fee. =) Nothing. The price is really awesome given the kind of excellent accommodation and the cleanliness of the environment and the room and bathroom. I want to come back again someday!

• Luca (7/5): Nice Place, but poor organization.. - Nice Place with different rooms a little outside of Mae-Hong Son. We booked a room with one double bed and a little bunkbed, that was shown in the picture. The one they gave us, looked very different and had only one bed. They explained, that they have two kind of rooms for that price, and the ones shown in the picture was full. Definitely needs more clear communication beforehand, so people are not booking a room and get another one.
