If you are coming to the hotel directly, call the property when you leave JR Hiroshima Station. The property staff will wait for you and pick you up at JR Oonoura Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
If you are going to Miyajima Island during the day before checking in, luggage storage is available at Anagomeshi Ueno restaurant, which is located in front of the JR Miyajimaguchi Station. Call the property before you board a ferry from the island back to Miyajimaguchi, and the property will arrange a pick-up shuttle from the restaurant.

- REIKA (10/5): 最高なおもてなしでした。 - お庭がとても綺麗ですし、子供は鯉に餌やりできたことが大喜びでした。 またお料理がとても美味しかったです。 和洋融合した建物に、日本人と外国人のスタッフが共に丁寧にサービス提供いただいた点も、とても協和性を感じていて良かったです。 無論、いろんなに置いてある本やCD、レコーダーなどを非常にセンスがあって良かったです。 宮島旅行に行く際には、また泊まりたいと思います。

We were awed by the spectacular view, the eclectically perfect blend of Japondi and traditional house architecture and interior design, the food and pottery art we feasted on every breakfast and dinner (must-do Japanese menu!), and over-the-top service. Even my Hiroshima relatives vouched that this is a next-level luxury ryokan.

- SATUKI (3/5): 最悪‼️ - 何もないです しいてあげるなら，宣伝写真より狭い 庭が綺麗だった事 夕食，ワインを頼んだらグラスがとても生臭く，水のグラスも生臭く，中居さん曰く 漂白剤の匂いと言うので嗅いでもらったら やはり生臭くとなり，グラスを取り替えてもらいましたが，この旅館のうりである料理が その後口の中に生臭さが残り最低でした 会計の時ワイン代はいらないというけど 1人63000泊をはらって，とてもとても もう二度行きたくないと思います 後，部屋の露天風呂，とてもぬるく 入れませんでした 人気の旅館で，人がたりないのか，グラス位ちゃんと洗って欲しい，色んな所でワイン飲みますが，こんな事は初めてです！

My husband and I travel very often, and always try to stay somewhere unique and special (whether it’s a 5-star hotel, or a low-key hostel), and this really exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt like special guests, gently and kindly taken care of at every turn. Our room felt like a home unto itself, a combination of classic Japanese and midcentury modern styling, decorated with unique treasures and books. The private onsen, a walk through the garden before sake tasting in the lounge overlooking the koi pond, a beautiful dinner served in our room, waking up to the view over the bay — every single thing was careful and charming. We’ll treasure our time at Sekitei forever.

- Nora (9/5): Once in a lifetime experience in Japan. Very good value for your money. The dinner was great, the rooms were very clean - Beautiful stay and super calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was super nice and made our stay very nice. The dinner was also really great! The western breakfast could have been better and we expected a bit more for a 2 Michelin star stay - it was quite basic. Also the dinner could have been served a little bit slower, we ate a lot of courses in such a short time and it was difficult to enjoy it.
