• Matthew (9/5): Fantastic hotel with very friendly and accommodating hosts - Fantastic hotel! The owners are very friendly and make every effort to accommodate your needs, always with a smile on their face. They really care about their guests. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and all have amazing views of Loutro and the sea, both of which are metres from your room. There were lots of items available in the hallway, such as coffee, glasses, books. Let me begin by saying that these are very minor quibbles in what was a wonderful stay, but since I’m asked to give negatives… The setup with the shower curtain meant that it was inevitable that water would flood the bathroom. We also couldn’t seem to make the AC less cold, so had to keep turning it on and off during the night, but that’s probably just us not being used to using AC. And the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Bed comfortable and room was quiet day and night. More hand rails needed as we were on the third floor. Larger shower space would have been good.

Δεν υπήρχε σταντ να τοποθετηθεί αποσκευή στο συγκεκριμένο δωματιο οπότε χρησιμοποίησαμε ένα δεύτερο κρεβάτι. Αν δεν ενοχλεί αυτό το κατάλυμα τότε όλα καλά..

• Lola (10/5): A beautiful place to stay and enjoy Loutro - The room was great with a balcony with an amazing view. The location is perfect in my opinion, down the quieter end of Loutro. The owners were very lovely and attentive!
• Raffaella Copp (8/5): Nonostante tutto!! - La camera aveva una splendida vista mare sul pittoresco villaggio di Loutro, con un terrazzino panoramico davvero piacevole. A pochi passi, sulla sinistra, si accedeva direttamente al lido: comodissimo! La stanza era piuttosto piccola, così come il bagno, e purtroppo dobbiamo segnalare che né il letto né i cuscini erano comodi, il che ha influito un po’ sulla qualità del riposo. Detto ciò, la struttura è ben organizzata: nel corridoio la proprietaria mette a disposizione caffè solubile, tè, zucchero, asciugacapelli, carta igienica e altri utili servizi. In camera abbiamo trovato anche il telo mare oltre agli asciugamani, un’attenzione molto gradita. Un soggiorno semplice, in una posizione splendida, con alcune piccole cose da migliorare. Ci teniamo a segnalare che raggiungere il villaggio di Loutro non è semplice. Non esiste una strada carrabile: si arriva solo via mare o, in alternativa, attraverso un sentiero tortuoso e impegnativo a piedi — davvero scomodo se si hanno valigie. Nel nostro caso, il giorno dell’arrivo il mare era agitato e non partiva alcuna barca da Hora Sfakion. Noi avevamo comprato biglietti online e la compagnia aveva mandato l avviso di mancata partenza dopo due ore dall orario della nostra partenza. In biglietteria ci hanno detto che, essendo ospiti del villaggio, qualcuno ci avrebbe raggiunto al porto inviando una mail all assistenza clienti. Dopo 45 minuti di attesa inutile, abbiamo contattato la struttura, che ci ha suggerito di raggiungere un’altra località (Finikas), ma la strada era pericolosa e distante oltre 50 minuti in piu in auto ( avevamo gia percorso più di 2 ore per raggiungere Hora Sfakion) Alla fine, non avendo alternative, abbiamo percorso altri 46 minuti a piedi di tragitto con i bagagli, sotto il sole, su un sentiero molto impegnativo. Partiti alle 7 del mattino, siamo arrivati in struttura dopo le 14, stanchi, sporchi e sfiniti, ci siamo addormentati. Purtroppo abbiamo praticamente perso un’intera giornata del nostro soggiorno. Consigliamo di verificare bene le condizioni del mare e gli orari dei collegamenti prima di partire.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering perfect rest after long sunny days and hikes. Everything was thoughtfully provided – including fresh bath towels and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the spectacular view directly to the sea - we could enjoy sunsets and peaceful mornings right from the balcony. A special thank you to Alina, our warm and welcoming host, who was always there with a kind smile and helpful tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and natural beauty, this is the place. We’d love to come back!

• Catherine (10/5): Total gem of a find. 5 star plus on all accounts. - Everything. We feel lucky they had space for us. We had a room.on the top floor, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, wonderful terrace with sun loungers, parasol table and chairs and superb view as well. Room has fridge and tea and coffee making facilities too. Nothing too much trouble for any of the staff.. People make a place and this place is really special. Absolutely nothing.

• Madeline (10/5): Wonderful - We had a perfect stay at Keramos. The room was basic but comfortable. Super clean, the aircon worked perfectly, and they provided beach towels (which was helpful because we hiked in). The balcony overlooking the ocean was a dream, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Very grateful for their hospitality! For the cost it was an unbelievable experience. Can't wait to go back. Bed a little bit soft. No curtain on the shower.
