• Krzysztof (1/5): WHY DID I DO IT - I booked the apartment last minute around 3PM(which is the check in time), but I had to wait 2 hours because „the host wasn’t in Agadir”. I understand that this is an apartment, not a hotel, but still, it was annoying. If they do not accept last minute bookings, then why are they on booking.com. There are other apps that leave host time to accept booking. Anyway, this was only the start, however. I arrived and the apartment clearly had no visitors in months. There was dust everywhere, the floor was dirty, I also found a condom packaging (!) in the bedroom. What’s worse, there was no hot water and it only got fixed the next morning when I insisted. The blinds in the living room could not be lifted either so the room was pitch black until the same handyman fixed it. The host shamelessly texted me that „I should book at least 6 hours in advance to leave host the time to prepare the apartment”. I doubt that the apartment could be made livable in 6 hours. All in all, terrible experience. The unapologetic owner made it even worse. It’s not like this apartment is a total ****hole. If THOROUGHLY cleaned and better taken care of, this apartment would be a great value for money. Location is remote, true, but just 15 mins by car from center and everything, from barbers to restaurants and cafes is around the corner.
• Carolyn (6/5): Pleasant - The property was a very good price and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Also, the Kitchen was nice. The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable Can't call them a bed. There were crumbs all over the sofa bed and the hob was dirty. Also in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper or hand wash.
