• PATRICIA (10/5): - Es una casa que tiene todo y va al mínimo detalle, es bella, confortable, acogedora y con a través de la ventana ves naturaleza, ovejas, agua, árboles y montañas. Está cerca de Portree y a una distancia adecuada a las principales actividades a realizar en la isla. Fue maravilloso descansar ahí luego de largas jornadas de aventuras. Gracias gracias gracias Un pequeño detalle, nos dieron demasiadas instrucciones a la hora de hacer el check out, vaciar los cestos, cambiar la bolsa, deshacer las camas etc.

• Sharon (10/5): We loved the place so much and would love to come back again! - Very well maintained, dog friendly, generous provision. Very comfortable, enough bathrooms for a big group (2 ensuites and one big bathroom to be shared between two other bedrooms) nice views, and the kitchen was so well equipped as well as with a washing machine and drying machine. We love the fact that the property was lit when we arrived in the evening, it was a very welcoming moment. The agent also responded promptly to our enquiries. The fan extractor wasn’t working properly when we stayed but that was a very minor issue. Everything was great, if we are to be picky, the instructions for the property was rather too long and wordy so it was a little difficult to navigate at the beginning. Would be very helpful if there’s a short video of a quick intro to the house.

• Maarit (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful house on the Isle of Skye. Here are our thoughts: - **Immaculate Condition**: T - High quality and well equipped. All appliances very high quality and kitchen had everything you needed .

The house was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the welcome pack of food and wine. We would go back there. We liked everything - no complaints. Two of our party run their own holiday let and they were very happy with Solas.
• Jenny (10/5): Perfect home in Skye - We absolutely loved our stay at Solas. Its location is perfect to explore Skye, 10 minutes away from Portree and located in a very quiet area. The house itself is probably one of the best we have stayed at for a vacation rental. The owners are very thoughtful and the supplies and appliances are good quality (not typical cheap air B&B products). The house is beautiful inside, well renovated and very comfortable. Our kids got excited as soon as we checked in and picked their room and unpacked, which they don’t usually do. Because of the rain, we had one lazy day just staying home and felt very relaxed. The management company is top notch (we run a property management company ourselves). We had some issues, they were very helpful and professional. They gave very clear instructions through email and inside the house so we can make the best stay. We also appreciate the brand new cleansing cloths and sponges for the kitchen, and other supplies which help us keep the place clean. Highly recommend this place if you visit Skye!
• Ai (10/5): Perfect stay for a few days and highly recommended - Great location, ample parking, interiors are new - beds are comfortable, 3 showers 4 WCs are perfect, kitchen has everything one can ask for, they also provided basic necessities such as bread, eggs and milk on top of the coffee and tea plus a nice bottle of sparkly to welcome us … highly recommended Everything is great about this property

The cottage was well furnished, clean and comfortable and the host was extremely thoughtful in making the stay comfortable by providing all possible things/information that one would need in such a trip. Quiet location. Plenty of parking. Roads to the location are good and some of the better ones on the island. Thoughtful welcome food hamper.
