- Teresa (10/5): Excellent Property, highly recommended - A very spacious well laid out apartment, with plenty of room for a family. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space in both rooms. The double room has a large ensuite and there is a family bathroom at the end of the hall. The bathrooms are of a high quality specification, appear to be recently renovated and are wonderfully luxurious. Large showers in both and the family room has a lovely deep bathtub. No problems with plumbing or hot water supply were encountered during our ten day stay, it all worked superbly. Heating throughout the apartment was also well controlled, seemed to be on automatic timer and kept the entire place toasty warm over the cold Christmas period.
Apartment is well lit, good furnishing. Large television with speedy WiFi and easy access to Netflix etc.
Kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and the host was super attentive in ensuring we had everything we could possibly need.
The outside space consists of a balcony to the front and a "artificial grass" garden area along the side. Really nice attributes of the property.
There is a very small grocery shop underneath the property, selling bare minimum of essential items. A few kilometres away are huge supermarkets, but a car in this location is absolutely essential. Parking is no problem, right outside the property is a designated parking space.
Very beautiful, tranquil area. Perfect for a quiet restful break. We had no need to go out exploring the area, but it is a prime location for skiing or trekking the many trails in the surroundings.
The host was really superb, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to personally assist us with our enquiries. Everything was perfect for us. But we would have appreciated access to cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner. It is expected that the property is maintained in a clean state, but without the necessary tools this is very difficult.
Also, it is emphasized that the trash must be appropriately sorted and disposed of to correct recycling facilities. But there were no bags or containers in which to implement this. Okay for a one or two day stay, but we were ten days over Christmas. We bought all our own bags and lots of cleaning materials.
