• Sandra (3/5): - Für uns lag es gut auf der Strecke zur Weiterreise. Die Unterkunft war nicht so gut, leider schimmelig, die Betten klein uns unbequem und nicht sehr sauber. Leider wurde sich die Küche mit anderen Gästen geteilt und das wussten wir davor nicht. Als wir ankamen war diese ganz schmutzig. Die Sauberkeit generell war nicht so gut und es roch komplett modrig. Leider rund um die Fenster überall Schimmel. Auch konnten wir kein WiFi nutzen, da wir ein Wlan genannt bekommen haben, das gar nicht existiert. Auf Nachfrage, ob das das korrekte sei, hieß es einfach nur ja, das ist es... Auch schade, dass hier beim Buchen angezeigt wird, dass Frühstück inklusive wäre. Auser eine sehr schmutzige Küche und komplett vollen Müll gab es leider nichts.

• aragones (1/5): No recomendable - Nada El edificio tenía un olor horroroso, las camas incómodas, el desayuno partiendo de la base que era con un salón compartido solo había tres vasos, el resto de cubalibre, la cafetera se salía el agua y la verdad para compartir con otras cuatro personas deja mucho que desear. Los sillones si los tiran y no ponen nada casi mejor. No lo recomendaría.

• mari carmen (6/5): - Pensábamos que era un hotel y no, la habitación está dentro de un apartamento y el baño también está en la habitación. El apartamento tiene como 2 habitaciones más. En el precio estaba incluido el desayuno el cual te tienes que comprar tu y preparártelo en la cocina ya que esta es compartida, por lo que lo único que estaba incluido en el precio con respecto al desayuno es poder utilizar el microondas y tostadora.

• Judith (1/5): - Tened cuidado porque hay chinches en el alojamiento y el propietario no sólo no se disculpa por la mala experiencia que supone esa situación sino que tampoco se hace cargo de indemnizaros aunque aportéis pruebas fotograficas. Un servicio al cliente pésimo, no lo recomiendo para nada. A demás de la falta importante de insonorización entre habitaciones y la cocina, se escucha absolutamente todo y es imposible descansar.

• García Pastor (5/5): - Teníamos el apartamento entero para nosotros La ubicación no es correcta, es más lejos de lo que indica en la aplicación y después de 28km andando pesa. No tiene ascensor, por lo que debes subir mochilas y maletas por las escaleras. Podría haber estado más limpio el apartamento, en uno de los sofás habían bichos que no sabíamos que eran (con suerte no eran chinches)

• Leah (10/5): Wonderful - Myself a 3 teenage grandchildren were walking the Camino de Santiago. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment at Horizon in Arzúa. It was great to have private space for a night. The full kitchen allowed us to cook dinner and the washing machine was great to clean our clothes. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. We were well rested in the morning to continue our pilgrimage. It was very affordable for the 4 of us. And close to the route out of town. I would highly recommend it to other pilgrims.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Centralize if you walking Camino and a nice modern apartment. - A brand new apartment, clean, modern and spacious bathrooms. The had coffee, bread, milk, jelly yogurt, water everything you need to make breakfast. No elevator and we were on the third floor.

• Susan (7/5): Good value but needs a few changes. - Clean and spacious rooms. Queries answered quickly on website. Easy check in. Bread and yogurts and fruit provided for breakfast which was a nice touch. Overall it's good value. Didn't like the fact that we had to share kitchen with the apartment next door. We weren't aware of that in advance. The other guests had arrived before us and had filled the available space in the fridge with their belongings and there was no room for us to put anything in if we had needed to. It was fine as we were only staying one night but if staying longer, it would have been a problem. When we went to make coffee the next morning, we couldn't make it because there were no mugs in the press. Only glasses that weren't suitable for hot drinks. In the bedrooms, beds were comfortable. Mirrors are needed on the bedroom walls. The only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom so if someone is in there, you can't avail of a mirror if you are trying to get ready at the same time as the other guests. Softer lights beside the bed would be a nice addition as the only light in the bedroom is the overhead light. There is no WiFi Noise can be heard from other rooms.
