• Minh Anh (9/5): - Nhà rộng, phòng rộng, đầy đủ CSVC. Chủ home siêu nhiệt tình luôn, mình hơi bất ngờ vì chỉ bỏ ra 1 triệu 9 mà book đc nguyên căn biệt thự to như vậy Cửa các phòng (ngủ, nvs) hơi khó đóng với phòng khách tầng 2 to nma hơi ít quạt

• Bohus (9/5): Skvelé ubytovanie za skvelú cenu. - Komunikácia myslím na veľmi dobrej úrovni, check in bol umožnený aj skoro ráno po príchode. Ak sme niečo potrebovali, zameniť peniaze a iné, stačilo napísať správu. Veľký vybavený dom, pomer cena / kvalita za mňa 10. Kúsok od centra Asi by to chcelo trochu zlepšiť staršie vybavenie kuchyne. Problém s vlhkosťou - ale to máte vo Vietname snáď asi skoro v každom ubytovaní. Ale u mňa to nebolo niečo, čo by mi kazilo pobyt.

• Susanne (8/5): Geräumiges Appartment mit schöner Einrichtung - Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis bis Abends bleiben um Gepäck zu lagern und uns auch nochmal frisch zu machen. Die Villa ist riesig, wir sind zu viert angereist und hatten alle ein separates Bad. Der Aufenthaltsraum war sehr schön, wir hatten das ganze Haus für uns alleine. Der Kühlschrank war mit Bier und Wasser gefüllt, Einwegzahnbürsten und Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist ziemlich feucht und riecht in manchen Räumen sehr muffig. Wir hatten Mühe unsere gewaschene Wäsche trocken zu bekommen. Es ist ein altes Haus und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Aber für den Preis macht man bei diesem riesigen Apartment trotzdem Nix verkehrt.

• Ngoc Lan (9/5): I love this convenient homestay. If I have a chance to come back Hue, I will rent this villa again. - I feel like living in my home. Great location. The host let us check in in the morning without charging more money. However it could be better if the wooden facilities were coated with varnish to resist moiture. some moist wooden facilities.

Tối vẫn có 2 đèn cao áp ngoài đường soi vào nhà. Có bếp và đồ dùng nhà bếp đầy đủ như ở nhà. Vị trí trung tâm, đi đâu cũng gần. Đèn nhà vệ sinh phòng master hơi tối

• Brittany (1/5): TRAVELLERS BEWARE!! - It was big. Definitely not recently renovated! Mold in nearly every room and on the surface of the furnishings. The moldy smell and lack of “full day security” as well as the shop in front that accessed the supposedly locked and secure courtyard at anytime to use the attached bathroom was quite concerning. This place was not as advertised and should not be listed for travelers to stay at. The property manager said he was unfamiliar with how booking worked but that he would cancel without penalty; however, even after submitting photos of the mold to booking and concerns about the lack of advertised security we were still charged half of the stay for a place that wasn’t safe for our family to stay in.
• Janelle (5/5): Nice big house to stay in with a very welcoming owner but not very clean or close to attractions. - We had a four bedroom house. The owner let us check in early and check out late. It was not clean. Some of the mattresses were very hard. The owner came in a few times to complete washing. It was not in a close location to tourists attractions.

• Zak (9/5): Superb - The gentle who runs it was very kind and understanding, I left my bag whilst sightseeing and said is be back at a certain time. I got a puncture and was a few hours late and he was totally cool about it. I even offer more dong to say sorry and he did not accept it. Very nice man. Great value for money also, couldn't believe the size of the property for the price paid. All the facitlices were great. The only gripe I had I was ever so slightly unclean in certain places. Apart from that it was exemplary.
