• Syed (9/5): It was great stay, host is lovely and quick to help when needed! Highly recommend! - The property was clean, the kitchen was beautiful and the views from the balcony were lovely. The location is great, with plenty of food places and local train/bus stations around. The main bedroom is an en-suite with a television. Only downside was the sofa. This is a personal choice, as we like to relax and slouch on the sofa. As the sofa has a low backrest it was not ideal to relax in so ended up watching tele in bed.

• Katie (6/5): Pleasant - Good location to the underground Was not very clean, carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed, and floor was dusty and bitty. Also, the door handle was falling off the bedroom door so the door did not close fully.

• Smith (1/5): Bad - It was spacious We was threatened by the owner and didn’t get to stay. Customer service was very poor and the people are so rude when asking for help. They clearly do not like their job and asked me for £500 cash in hand as soon as I checked in which isn’t in the terms and conditions. Wouldn’t recommend also the property was very dirty. I am still waiting for my refund!
• Hattie (7/5): Overall would recommend staying here - The location was great and the size of the property was just what we needed The properly could do with some updating. The door to the balcony doesn’t close properly, the curtain pole in the main bedroom had fallen down and some laundry had been left in the hallway.
• Mark (3/5): Worst apartment I have booked, we would have checked into a hotel immediately if we could have got a refund on arrival. - We liked that it was close to the tube station and had a small supermarket at the bottom of the block as well as various food and drink venues. The photos of the property were obviously taken a long time ago. It was dirty, surfaces were dusty, fridge stunk (hard to see in picture but appeared to be stale milk as well as broken shelves), bedding was unclean and appeared to have blood stains, bins were full from previous visitors, the toilet seat was broken in the en-suite, door wouldn’t shut in one of the bedrooms due to damage (looked like someone had tried to break in! see photo) curtain pole was hanging off, windows and patio door would not secure shut. Walls were filthy and stained. Iron mark to the carpet, however iron board had no cover only metal frame so I imagine someone has attempted to iron on the floor. Beds were uncomfortable as was the pillows which smelt dirty, very unpleasant. Host was unhelpful, promised to send cleaner back but never appeared. Booking.com did try to help but were unable to get any response from host. Only able to upload 4 photos of the many I took of the different issues.

• Ramon (10/5): I loved it and I will definitely be booking again in the near future. - I was amazed at the location the second I arrived at the property. The balcony view is breathtaking especially when the sun is setting. Customer service was on point and responded quickly, (not that there were any issues). The rooms are very spacious and the apartment was kept very clean and tidy upon arrival. My overall experience was 20/20 and I will definitely be staying there in the near future. Everything was perfect.

• Clara (8/5): Great - The property was very clean and tidy, we were welcomed by the host- very friendly. Love that the flat was near Canary Wharf and there was a shop just outside the building.

• Andy (9/5): Great place for a break in the city. - It had everything we needed for our trip. close to both the O2 and Canary Wharf as well as right next to the station. Could do with some aircon as it got a little warm meaning getting to sleep was difficult as it was weather was quite hot.
• Emmanuella (10/5): Modern, Cosy, Clean, Local & Spacious 2-bed apartment - The property has a modern aesthetic look which was nice for taking pictures. The rooms had plenty of storage space, were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all the utensils one may need. The property is situated in a nice area with the nearest station 2 mins away & plenty of shops / restaurants around. All rooms were clean and everything was working as it should be. Will 100% be booking with the Shy team in the future🤝. Some doors are confusing to work / lock but otherwise i have nothing bad to say about this apartment.
• Tokoni (8/5): Very good - Clean with a beautiful view The living room has a sound detector, We had a fun games night but spoilt by the host having to tell us to keep the noise down as the detector was indicating we were making too much noise.
