Aukje (10/5): Perfect appartement op korte afstand van Venlo - Super fijn appartement, erg luxe en uitstekende faciliteiten. Alles brandschoon en goed verzorgd. Fijne bedden een erg rustig gelegen. Perfecte hulp ook s' avonds, mijn probleem met het rolluik werd ook nog om 22 uur opgelost. Ik kom zeker hier terug. Het enige minpuntje was dat het deurtje van het vriesvak kapot was.

Peter (9/5): - Für uns war die Lage gleich am Bahnhof Bedburg perfekt. Von dort kommt man von Köln aus gut an und es gehen Busse in die umliegenden Dörfer. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, für die drei Kapseln und Milchportionen bereit lagen, außerdem einen Wasserkocher. Eigentlich alles ok, die Kommunikation ohne Menschen fand ich etwas spooky, so wird das wahrscheinlich mal, wenn die Dienstleistungen von AI übernommen werden. Aber die Nachrichten kamen prompt, alle Infos ohne fragen zu müssen. (Nur dass sie schon vor der Ankunft fragten, wie es denn war, war etwas irritierend). Insofern: Alles gut.

Probably a one-time problem during that period of time. Stayed again in January 26 and no problems then.

Zudem wurde das Wasser plötzlich nach 20 Sekunden Wärme wieder kalt.

Edward (9/5): Gute Nacht, sauber und bequem - Wir waren auf Durchreise, wir konnten unkompliziert spät rein, es war warm und geräumig und Komplet. Es wäre gut noch ein extra Anzug für das Bettsofa zu haben, eine hat nicht gereicht.
