- Robert (1/5): Gospodarz nie umożliwił zrealizowania rezerwacji - Dnia 01.06.2025 zarezerwowaliśmy noclegi w terminie 3-5 czerwca w Gartenstudio, Furstenrieder Strase 37, Laim, 80686, Munchen. Opłaciliśmy z góry cały pobyt i otrzymaliśmy potwierdzenie rezerwacji z booking.com, gdzie wskazano kontakt telefoniczny z gospodarzem. Przybyliśmy na miejsce po uzgodnionej godzinie, gdyż samolot był opóźniony. Po przyjeździe ok. 20.30 (3 czerwca) podejmowaliśmy wielokrotne próby skontaktowania się z gospodarzem obiektu telefonicznie i smsowo. Próby okazały się nieskuteczne, a nie mieliśmy dostępu do internetu. Telefony nie były odbierane, nie uzyskaliśmy odpowiedzi na smsy. Panowała zupełna cisza komunikacyjna ze strony gospodarza obiektu. Kontakt z Bookingiem też nie rozwiązał problemu, konsultanci odsyłali nas do podanego na rezerwacji numeru telefonu. Zmusiło nas to do zorganizowania alternatywnego miejsca pobytu na własny koszt. Taka sytuacja spotkała nas pierwszy raz i pozostaje dla nas niezrozumiała. Z oczywistych względów chcemy ostrzec osoby chcące zarezerwować noclegi w Gartenstudio.
- Renaud (7/5): More or less what I needed for my fair, at a reasonable price - Large and quiet place, a paradise for the 60's style lovers. Not many restaurants around, but nice supermarkets where I could get great and fresh salads no wi-fi. Interaction with owner a little bit cahotic. Hot water was off in the morning for the last 3 days of my stay. Very energizing ;)
- Cirus (10/5): Tolle Anbindung, gemütlich und unkompliziert. Absolut zu empfehlen! - Tolle Unterkunft! Perfekte Anbindungen mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Alles sehr sauber und gemütliches Bett. Im Innenhof gelegen und somit war es sehr ruhig und ungestört. Kommunikation und check in war auch problemfrei. Gutes WLAN. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen
- souzan (9/5): - Das Apartment war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, die U 4/5 ist keine 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt, somit waren wir in 10 Minuten am Karlsplatz.
