Numero insufficiente di asciugamani per tre persone, mancava un sedia, c’era solo un cucchiaino e sonorizzazione pessima con porte rumorose.

Ben equipaggiato. Purtroppo l'appartamento era al terzo piano con una scala stretta e ripida senza ascensore, da chiedere a quale piano si trova prima di prenotare. Le dimensioni buone per due persone , troppo piccolo per tre.

• Axana (7/5): Rotterdam - Die Lage ist super. Das Haus steht am Kanal, in 5 Minuten erreichen Sie Rotterdam Centraal. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Der Supermarkt ist auch in der nähe. Wir haben keinen vom Personal gesehen, aber Kommunikation per WhatsApp war sehr gut. Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer nr. 4 mit zwei Einzelbettet und einem Sofa. Leider gab es nur 2 Stühle und zwei kleine Löffel. Die Bettwäsche war zerknittert und die Möbel staubig, obwohl für die Reinigung werden 65,0 Euro verlangt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Our room was next to laundry room and washer seemed to be running from very early in morning. One of single beds very uncomfortable.

Η κουζίνα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι (ο τοίχος είχε λάδια πιθανόν από προηγούμενες χρήσεις μαγειρέματος ) . Εμείς δεν μαγειρέψαμε . Γενικά έλειπαν πράγματα . Το στρώμα ήταν άβολο .

• Carolyn (5/5): Zu laut, ungemütlich und organisatorisch unklar – daher vorzeitige Abreise - Nähe zur Stadt / Bahnhof Ausstattung wie z.B. Handtücher, Föhn usw. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment lag im obersten Stockwerk, und die Treppen dorthin waren sehr steil und wirkten unsicher, besonders beim Hochtragen von Gepäck. Man musste sich teilweise wirklich am Geländer festhalten, um nicht zu stolpern. Ein großes Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Man konnte die Nachbarn deutlich hören, sei es beim Kochen oder bei alltäglichen Tätigkeiten wie Wäsche waschen. Dadurch entstand kaum ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Zusätzlich war es insgesamt sehr laut, da man durchgehend Windgeräusche wahrgenommen hat, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sind. Die Wohnung war dadurch auch schwer warm zu halten und insgesamt eher kalt. Auch der Check-in verlief sehr unpersönlich, da alles ausschließlich über einen Türcode geregelt wurde und kein direkter Kontakt zum Gastgeber stattfand. Das mag für manche praktisch sein, jedoch hätten wir uns zumindest klare und strukturierte Informationen zum Check-in und Check-out gewünscht, zum Beispiel in Form eines kurzen Infoblattes in der Wohnung. Die Schlafsituation entsprach ebenfalls nicht den Erwartungen. Das Apartment war für drei Personen ausgeschrieben, jedoch war die vorhandene Klappcouch sehr hart und in der Mitte unangenehm erhöht, sodass sie kaum nutzbar war. Letztlich mussten wir uns zu dritt ein Bett teilen, was sehr unbequem war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durch die Lautstärke, die Kälte und die Schlafsituation so beeinträchtigt, dass wir uns entschieden haben, früher abzureisen.

• Olga (5/5): - Top Lage, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal hat über Booking Chat sehr gut funktioniert und bei Fragen/Problemen sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Badetücher, Bettwäsche waren sauber aber schon ziemlich verwaschen und zum Teil löchrig.

• TravelBug99 (9/5): Great stay next to station - We stayed in Apt. 5 for one night and it was very pleasant overall - clean and safe apartment in a very convenient location, just as advertised. Reliable Wifi, very comfortable beds, good shower and all needed supplies in the fully stocked kitchen. Customer service was excellent: great communication with super easy check-in and -out. All our questions and issues were addressed very quickly. Someone was smoking in the evening, not sure where (hallway?) and the smell came into the room unfortunately. But we put a towel under the door to stop it.

• Liesbeth (7/5): Verblijf was een beetje teleurstellend na een prima ervaring in 2025. - Wij hebben eerder hier een kamer geboekt en hadden toen een kamer met mooi uitzicht. Nu een verdieping hoger konden we moeilijk door zolderraam naar buiten kijken. Kamer was ook veel donkerder door kleinere ramen. De televisie was niet op kabel aangesloten waardoor we geen gebruik van de tv konden maken. Door deze zaken was de ervaring minder positief dan een jaar eerder. Verder is de locatie ideaal, kamer groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig.

• Nicolette (4/5): Gezien de prijs was de kwaliteit ver onder de maat. Geen aanrader! - Vlak bij het station (locatie). Instructie voor de entree was duidelijk. Bedbank was oké en de ruimte heeft potentie. De buren waren stil tussen 00.30 en 7.00 Schoonmaak. Op de eettafel waren vlekken van een eerder gegeten frituurmaaltijd; deze zorgden voor een frituurgeur in de studio. De koelkast was niet goed schoon; er lagen kleine voedselresten (fruitschillen?) en er stond een kuipje boter in. Kwaliteit van het bed. Matras was slecht; had een diepe kuil. Verlichting niet echt sfeervol. De buren waren luidruchtig bij hun nachtelijke aankomst (rond 00.00 uur) en 's morgens werden we om 7.00 uur gewekt door luide stemmen en een bonkende wasmachine.

Мені вдалося яскраво з сім'єю провести час. Житло в справжньому стилі Ротердаму!) Підлога в номері була брудна. Система керування опаленням зайняла час, щодо опанування. З коляскою потрібно здолати безліч крутих сходинок щоб дістатися першого житлового поверху. Стінки між номерами тонкі. Ресепшн є, але система працює без постійного перебування персоналу.
• Anne Marie (5/5): Emplacement idéal près de la gare centrale - Idéalement situé à 5min à pied de la gare centrale. Appartement bien équipé (machine à café, équipements de cuisine et vaisselle, linge de lit, produits ménager...) et propre, malgré certains endroit vétustes. L'annonce indique une laverie, ce qui m'a fait choisir cet endroit. Petite surprise en arrivant: chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier extrêmement serré. Il n'y a pas d'accueil physique. L'appartement est condensé et la douche pourrait être améliorée ( carreaux abimés et écoulement de l'eau ) Concernant les machines à laver et sécher: il y en avait 2 à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Mais c'était tout le temps occupé en programme différé de plusieurs heure par du linge blanc.. donc difficilement utilisable.

I did not see too many restaurants close but I also have picky eaters --- the kebab shop by the train station was good. The laundry facilities were free but it was really difficult when we were visiting - I didn't know if the cleaning folks were using them as well or if longer stay folks were using them and not attending to them. I worked around it but it was a bit odd. We only stayed two nights.

• Berto (8/5): Prime Location and Great Communication, Best Suited for Short Visits - The location is ideal—very close to the central train station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, which made getting around extremely convenient. We felt secure throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth thanks to the clear and complete instructions provided well before arrival. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed the few questions we had, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable and well-organised stay. One downside is the steep staircase, which may not be ideal for families with young children. The cabinet/storage space is quite limited, making it less suitable for longer stays, especially for a family. The toilet and bathroom areas are also very compact. We also had some difficulty keeping the room warm, even with the provided portable heater, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, the space may be more suitable for couples or short stays rather than longer family stays.

There is a greenwheels car nearby, we also took our bicycles and visited all places by bike. Check-in/check-out without meeting people. Warmth in the room on cold winter days. It was below 0 outside. We adjusted the radiator. It became warm. Double-glazed windows keep the cold out. Everything we needed was in the room. Dishes, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, towels, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, soap, toilet paper, extra linens for the sofa, blackout curtains, TV with free channels, including cartoons. Everything as described. Comfortable, high-quality furniture, tables, chairs, bathroom, beds. Not new, but comfortable. High ceilings. The room is small, but there was plenty of air. Good price. It was the reason we chose this place + they have kitchen. Opposite room 5 is the laundry room. The washing machines are there. They started working around 6 a.m. on Sunday, making it hard to sleep during next couple of hours. I had to get up early. Luckily, I went to bed early and managed to get enough sleep. Room number 5. The toilet lock didn't work. It wouldn't close. It would be great if they fixed it. The stairs are steep. But we didn't have suitcases, just backpacks. So it wasn't a problem. And it was not that hard. A 6-year-old child climbed it with ease. Thursday and Friday were quiet nights. On Saturday, other residents arrived and could be heard. It wasn't a big deal and didn't cause any disturbance. Overall, alternatives in central Rotterdam were much worse, with lower ratings, or were overpriced and lacking a kitchen. Despite these shortcomings, this hotel is truly comfortable for the price. If we ever need to stay in Rotterdam again, we'll stay here again.

The person at the end of my WhatsApp (as there was no one physically at the property apparently) messages responded promptly to my communication. It would have been nice if there was someone physically present at the property. The building itself was pretty noisy. A proper warning of the amount of stairs would have been nice or someone present to assist with getting your luggage to and from the room. A few times someone attempted to gain access to our room. There was only one key for 3 persons sharing a room. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Die Wohnung war voll mit Duftteilen, damit man den Geruch des Schimmels, vor allem im Bad nicht wahrnehmen sollte. Der Türrahmen zum Bad, komplett verschimmelt. Keine Garderobe, Steckdosen und damit Lampen die nicht funktionierten, im Klo (super eng innen liegend) war kein Licht, Tisch in der Ecke verbaut. 2 Stühle für 3 Personen. Kein Bettlicht, Nachtschrank, Stuhl oder ähnliches, kaputter Schrank. Küche, vor allem der Kühlschrank komplett schmutzig...

• Carolina (1/5): Não voltaria - A localização é o melhor benefício, pois fica a 3 minutos da estação central e também é próximo das regiões centrais de Rotterdam. O chuveiro é bom e tem todos os utensílios de cozinha para cozinhar. O staff responde rapidamente e a qualquer horário as mensagens. Ficamos no 3o andar e tivemos que enfrentar 3 lances de escada com malas pesadas na chegada e na saída (e as escadas são bem íngremes). As paredes são extremamente finas e dá pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos, e consequentemente eles também nos ouvem, que foi muito incômodo.

The apartment was great, small, sure, but has everything you need for a quick stay. Kitchen is well equipped and there is coffee and tea to use. Shower is nice, bed was comfortable, all in all perfect for a short stay.

Les instruccions per accedir a l'apartament no van arribar, no se si per mal funcionament de Booking o del propietari del apartament. La entrada era a partir de les 15 h i a les 15,15 vam haver de trucar per saber com entrar a l'apartament. els propietaris ens van enviar per watsup les instruccions per que la conexio amb Booking no funcinava. Erem 3 adults. Sols hi havia 2 cadires per seure a menjar. El llit doble estave preparat i molt net i be. El sofa llit no estave preparat i la roba de llit que vam trobar per preparar-lo no semblava neta. La manta que cubria el sofa estava molt bruta.

• Marina (10/5): Excellent accommodation for nice price - The place has perfect location. The neighborhood is so peaceful and clean, and also 4 minutes from the central station. We felt very safe walking aroung even in the evening. The apartment has everything you need, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board and all kitchen staff. There were also coffee capsules to make coffee in a machine. The host is fast responsive and gives you all the information you need. Also, there is central heating in case of colder weather. Overall, i highly recommend Rotterdam Inn and i am looking forward to go back and stay there again! /
• Catherine (7/5): Excellent location - Love the way the renovations Incorporated the original style of the building. Thoughtfully appointed with laundry, hot plate, coffee maker and toiletries. If you like a firm bed, this is the property for you. Was decidedly unimpressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, but contacted the property and they were very responsive.
