• Gunnar (10/5): Wunderbares Gästehaus im Grünen mit privatem Onsen - Tolles Gästehaus in der Natur abseits der Touristenströme. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben direkt den privaten Onsen genutzt. Das inklusive Abendessen war absolute Spitze. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

• Lee (9/5): - We had a delightful experience during our recent stay at Nagahigawa. We opted for the half board and were thoroughly impressed by the authentic Japanese dinner and breakfast. The meals were a true culinary delight, and we savored every bite. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated their efforts. One of the highlights of our stay was the open-air private onsen. It was an amazing experience that added a touch of serenity and relaxation to our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better way to unwind.

• Keiko (8/5): スタッフが親切、肩肘張らずに入れる素敵なお宿でした。 - 露天風呂を家族風呂として、貸切で利用出来た。天気が良ければ星空も眺められたかも。露天風呂の景観は、良かった。 到着時間が予定より早くなってしまったが、スタッフの対応が細やかで、親切だった。 食事も上品で繊細な味付け、素材も良く、量的にも大変満足出来た。 アメニティが少し足りなかった。（くしかブラシが欲しかった） 部屋からの景観が残念だった。

• Oi (9/5): Wonderful meals included in our booking and attentive staff although they don’t speak English. - The private onsen and outdoor feel is amazingly relaxing! Location can be tough if you don’t drive.

• Stefan (8/5): Nice onsen hotel with pretty baths and good food - We had a nice stay here. The staff was polite and friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. The onsen baths were very pretty and relaxing. The information on Booking.com seems a little outdated: The hotel does accept card payments and a shuttle service was available. We traveled by public transport, and the distance to the train station was larger than we had anticipated. Taxis only sporadically appear at the local train station, so a car is recommended. The room was comfortable, but with weak sound insulation.
• Diana (8/5): Very good - the Ryokan is tranquil & the outdoor Onsen area is very pretty. you will need a car to reach the Ryokan. the bathroom is shared. the onsen water is way too hot. it is really a pity as the onsen is so pretty & if the water temperature is correct. the onsen would have been the best feature of the Ryokan.
