Giorgos (5/5): - Very close to the promenade. The room was very decent. No lift, so carrying luggage, and a small kid was not easy. Although close to the promenade there was much traffic so one has to be very cautious with small kids. Needed to ask staff for some otherwise standard facilities.

Miglė (10/5): Everything was just perfect! - The best things about the place are 1. Seaside is very near. You just need to go straight down the hill. 2. Market where you can find most needed items is under your feet. 3. The owner is super friendly and sincere person! 4. You can park your car in private place, but ask this for the owner good luck!
John (9/5): Great host, good facilities (for the price), decent location > from the centre/beach - Place was clean, with everything required to make a short stay pleasant. A/C worked great too > kept temps down (we stayed during a heatwave...). Fridge also worked a treat :-) Host waited for us {@ the mini market} to arrive (our check-in was a crazy ~10:45pm). Thank you :-) Two single beds were joined together - to make up a double, BUT, they kept moving/separating during the night . . . a bit annoying ! Hint >> the owner could possibly strap the legs from each bed, thus, avoiding this issue ??

Mario (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, everything was rather new, the beds were very comfortable, and small problems were resolved immediately, although it was Sunday evening. We were offered a parking spot on the landlord's property or in front of his market. Absolutely great price/performance ratio, and if we return to the same place again I will surely first try to find an apartment at SMILE.
Milan (9/5): Nice experience - Renovated apartment, everything is brand new which is especially important for beds. You gonna sleep on new mattress and pillow. I've never seen a thicker mattress, although it's a little hard, which I like. Sparkly clean, which is expected, because everything in the apartment is new. Friendly host, willing to help with anything you need. In general a very positive experience. Few things... Internet connection is not the best... Actually it's slow... The kitchen is equipped with barely basic kitchenware, which becomes kinda standard offer in Greece, honor to exceptions. And maybe the biggest complaint goes to the terrace chairs and table, they're useless, they are like toy. Too bad because the terrace in the apartment 12 is very comfortable and has a good view. If there were some nice comfy chairs and table we would spend great time there, in this case that's impossible.

Jrox (10/5): Large clean and comfortable rooms - Exceptional accommodation, large rooms with comfortable beds, large balcony with sea view on the second floor, all new, very clean, decorated with good taste. Very helpful and friendly owner. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accommodation close to the beach and center at a convenient price.
