- Lusanda (1/5): Rude and unprofessional - I didn't like anything because I never even set my foot there . They were very unprofessional. I booked a room via booking.com I then called to confirm my booking they then told me they did not receive anything .and their rooms are fully booked.i asked them "then why were the rooms available on booking.com is it their problem or the problem of their guesthouse for displaying the rooms while fully booked .then the lady of the guesthouse hung up I was still in confusion trying to understand what was going on .maybe I could call booking.com to know what's going on their side . I then called booking.com and they told me that everything is right by their side .they can see that I made a booking with the guesthouse successfully . I went back and called the guesthouse this time a male answered me and then I explained everything and that booking.com confirmed my booking the guy started to swear at me calling the F word. So I ended up booking another guesthouse
