- Gabor (7/5): - It's located close to the old town by bus. The apartment is very clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was good to have a bite before we started our day. We were not informed either at the point of reservation or in later convos that we have to share the apartment with other tourists. This was misleading and I think it was not fair. The owner should have mentioned this. Furthermore if it's a general practice, they should include it in the description of the accommodation.

- Federica (10/5): - Appartamento pulito, ampio e luminoso. La proprietaria gentilissima. Comodo per muoversi a Bologna con la fermata del bus giusto d'avanti al palazzo.

- Zsolt (9/5): Nice accomodation with excellent public transport facilities, but terrible communication. - The breakfast was simple, but appropriate. The room was clean and comfortable. The communication was brilliant at the begginning, but alas it was awful at the end. A perfect video was sent to us about how to get into the B&B. BUT, the prevous day we left, a message was sent to us to leave EUR 37.80 at the bedroom as city tax or tourism tax. I'm not questioning that those kind of tax is valid, but the B&B should have communicate it during the booking or at least the day of our arrival. Luckily we had some cash, as we use to pay bar card all the time. No need to mention that there was not send any invoice or bill about this cash payment.

- Thomas (4/5): Pretty apartment in a new building a couple km from downtown Bologna. - The shower was excellent and the couch was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. After saying they could meet us between 13:00 and 14:00, the host didn’t show up until nearly 16:00, nearly wasting our afternoon. There was no email or online instructions for how to get into the apartment. The breakfast consisted of tinned prune purée, yogurt, packaged juice and packaged, overly sweet breakfast pastries. The stove is not useable for cooking.
- Doğa (9/5): Superb - the place was really clean and so new. you can arrive with only one bus from the airport. the host kept in touch all the time and made everything easy for us. the price. I think it is a little over the top.
