• Guest (10/5): Great location and beautiful room - The apartment was beautifully decorated and the location was very central. The room was spacious and everything was very comfy. We really appreciated the washer. There was a paid parking lot right across the street for our car. Be mindful that the elevator is quite small and there are a few steps before reaching it so it is not accessible. The balcony had a beautiful view but there was nowhere to sit and enjoy. The air conditioning was not powerful enough for the size of the room.
• Kate Amanda (8/5): Dont forget to shut the elevator doors. - The apartment is functional, it is close to the train station and within walking distance to most historical attractions. The apartment was huge. It is set up well. The washing machine was a bonus. Don't forget to close the stupid elevator doors, or you get nasty text and handwritten messages. Genuine mistake once and we felt like criminals! Something needs to be done about the elevator. Also, the air conditioning was really bad. It didn't cool. It made for some very sweaty nights.
• Christopher (10/5): Wonderful spotless modern apartment convenient to everything with 😊host - This is a wonderful new apartment just outside Ortigia that is spacious, very clean, tidy and comfortable and my apartment selection (of three) with a great terrace for eating and being outside. It’s done in a minimalist style that I like. Very convenient to the bus and train stations. Building access requires making an international call to unlock the door so be sure you can make that call during your stay (like a eSIM with calling capability or an international plan). You must make that call every time you come back to the apartment. The host could not be more accommodating when I had some entry and cooking problems. Decent cooking utensils too. Good grocery across the street and multiple shops/cafes all the way down to Ortigia. Nothing

Excellent location that is walking distance to rail station, Ortigia and the archelogic park while avoiding being in the most crowded areas. Nice views of the bay. One extra Key to the apartment would be nice so you don't have to come and go always together.

• Kapo (9/5): Good value, clean, modern, convenient, safe apartment in Sicacusa, Highly recommended. - Location - very convenient, apartment is at the heart of Siracusa, 10 mins walk to Ortigia, with lots of restaurants and markets, best restaurant of meat - Ammucca is right around the corner. Apartment - modern, clean, balcony with a good view, lots of space, kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine - very convenient with a drying rack. Host - Laura was very responsive with lots of recommendations on restaurants, sights and parking. Add some more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. Had to circle around a few blocks to find parking, parking on the street is free or cheap (1 euro per hr).

• Gill (10/5): A fabulous 5 night stay in an excellent stylish, light and clean apartment in an excellent location. - Great apartment in a great location. Just outside the old town / Ortigia, but an easy and very pleasant walk in. Being outside the old town, meant the apartment was very light and had great view towards Ortigia and the sea. And we had front seat view of amazing lightning storm one evening, as well as fireworks on another. The apartment is very well placed for transport - bus to Catania / airport stops virtually outside, or about a 6 minute walk to the bus terminal. Also a 5 minute walk to a car hire place (we hired a car to go to beaches and towns further south). There is an excellent supermarket virtually opposite (looks like a clothes shop at the front) that has a wide range of fresh food, wine etc. The team who looked after the apartment were great - very quick to respond when we requested a replacement kettle and an extra blanket (it was a bit chilly at night in October). They also gave us extra coffee pods when we bought the wrong size for the machine in the apartment. Apartment is stylish, light and very clean. Would highly recommend. A sharp knife and wine glasses.
