• 5ka_b (10/5): Nadpriemerne vybavené ubytovanie. - Priestranný, čistý apartmán kde sme sa cítili ako doma. Nič nám nechýbalo. Blízko Billa, Lidl, detské ihrisko. Bezplatné parkovanie sobota-nedeľa. Veľmi sme s deťmi ocenili zatemňovacie rolety na oknách.

• René Kertész (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo príjemné, útulné a čisté. Ubytovateľ bol ochotný a veľmi nápomocný. Nemám čo vytknúť. Všetko OK.
• Lukáš (10/5): - Veľmi dobre sa spalo. Čisto. Bolo tam vsetko co treba. Potešila pripravená čerstvá citrónová voda. Neďaleko nastupiste električiek alebo trolejbusov. Potraviny 5 minút pešo. Parkovanie cez vikend je bezplatné ale najst miesto je obtiazne(ako v kazdom meste,to nebol problem) Poprosim vsak dat informáciu o plateni parkovneho v danej lokalite.

• Anastasiia (6/5): Overall, we were left with a strange impression of the apartment — some things were really well thought out and the plac - Spacious and very clean apartment, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a wide selection of kitchenware. Everything felt tidy and well-maintained. The host also showed us a free parking spot nearby, even though the listing says street parking is paid, that was a pleasant surprise. Firstly, the stairs leading to the apartment are extremely steep, and there isn’t even a handrail to hold onto. We were traveling with an elderly person, and it was quite difficult for her. I saw the host mention in other reviews that «everything is shown in the photos”, but that's not true, out of 20 pictures, not a single one shows those stairs clearly. Secondly, we were not informed that the apartment uses a boiler for hot water, so you have to be careful when using it. There were four of us, two people took a shower, and then the hot water ran out. My husband had to rinse shampoo from his hair using freezing cold water. Thirdly, the early check-out time (by 9 AM) felt a bit strict. The host points out that it's stated in the listing, but when you're booking while tired or in a hurry, it's easy to miss. 9 AM is earlier than the standard 10 AM, and when we asked for just 30 extra minutes (since our grandmother had to wait for her bus), the host refused, saying the cleaner arrives exactly at 9. This lack of flexibility felt unnecessarily rigid and not very guest-friendly. Fourthly, while the apartment itself was nice, our impression of the host wasn't great. As soon as we entered the apartment (before climbing the steep stairs), the host asked us to take off our shoes. He offered slippers, but I personally don’t feel comfortable wearing someone else’s. I had to open my suitcase on the spot just to get mine out, which was quite inconvenient. I don’t see the issue with going up the stairs in the shoes and removing them once inside, especially if there’s a cleaner coming later anyway. The check-in was also slow, the host doesn’t speak English very well and instead of taking a photo of our ID, he wrote everything down by hand, even though we arrived late and just wanted to freshen up. Lastly, the towels provided were really poor quality — not like towels at all, more like some kind of cloth or rag. I’d recommend bringing your own.

Bilet w 2025 roku 25 koron za przejazd realizuje się go przez przytknięcie karty bankomatowej do czynnika 2. Wnętrze apartamentu jest przestronne, dwie sypialnie z dużymi podwójnymi łóżkami w salonie rozkładana kanapa. 3. Aneks kuchenny świetnie wyposażony. Jest również zmywarka, płyta indukcyjna, mikrofala. 4. Gospodarze bardzo sympatyczni. 5. Osobno toaleta oraz łazienka z prysznicem. 6. Miejsca parkingowe na ulicy przed domem. Płatne dni powszednie w weekendy parking w brnie jest bezpłatny. Nie zabezpieczone strome schody.

• Marek (7/5): Great place not in the summer though. - Apartment was new and fresh, well equipped and location was great. We haven’t been informed about big problems with free parking spaces. We got there around 9pm after whole day of driving, as it was supposed to be stop on our way back from holidays. I was looking for a spot for an hour. Had to leave my car 600 meters away, in some dodgy space. 2nd of all, even though the apartment is well equipped it doesn’t have an A/C. As it’s a top floor apartment with 3 small windows it was middle of August…Thru the whole our time there lowest temperature was 36 degrees. Highest 43…was unbearable. We were avoiding spending any time there. Floors could haven been cleaner too. As my 5yr olds socks weren’t clean after 10minutes run. Not the best overall I’m afraid.
• Inga (10/5): Great apartment - The apartment is newly furnished, bright, cozy and warm. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Parking is on the street, but nearby and safe. There is no door or gate to the landing at the main door of the apartment. I'm worried that someone might fall in the dark at night while going to the toilet, which is next to those stairs.
