• Mirjam (10/5): - Super schöne Zimmer, wunderbare Dusche, das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für Hundebesitzer. Der Hund ist überall erlaubt und alle haben Freude an Hunden. Einfach genial! Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Teigan (3/5): Room nice, and staff nice, everything else more or less disappointing - Nice room, staff were lovely and very helpful, and informative, breakfast was nice. The sauna was closed the two days I was there, on Mondays the restaurant was closed, why? Closest place to eat was 40/45 minute walk away, I got very ill so could not walk that far, so had to go home early, which is extremely disappointing. When I booked there was nothing to suggest that the restaurant would not be open on Mondays, not only that you have to book at the restaurant as “it gets filled up quickly” again- as a hotel guest, I shouldn’t have to worry about booking to get some food from the hotel that I have paid to stay at? I didn’t get a hotel experience whatsoever, on Monday when I went down to try get some food at reception, all the doors were locked and nobody was in reception, apart from a cleaner, not only was nobody there to support my food query, for safety reasons too, there was nobody on site. I found this highly concerning. The room was fine, but very small bin, that could only fit a few items, I’m extremely upset about the “spa experience” the sauna was not open and nor was the hot tub as the lit was on, the pool looked freezing also, didn’t even attempt to go in, this is extremely disappointing, considering the money I paid for this hotel also.

• Rob (7/5): Prima - De locatie perfect voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel en het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Op het balkon rook je in de avond de kooklucht van he restaurant. Bij aankomst had het laken van het bed wat lichte vlekjes. Dit meteen opgelost door de receptie die zichtbaar baalde.

• Sari (8/5): 施設が綺麗で雰囲気がいい。 - 新しいホテルで設備が整っていました。シャワーの水圧もとてもよかったです。今回時間の制約上利用できませんでしたが、サウナ施設も新しく、清潔そうでした。夕飯もこちらでいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。 到着が17:00頃で遅かったからか、さまざまな設備があるにもかかわらず、あまり説明をしてもらえなかった印象です。サウナの場所は教えてもらえましたが、プールは使えるのか、使えるとしたらいつまでなのかなども知りたかったです。
• freelancer100 (9/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft am Rande von Bozen - Ruhige, aber gut angebundene Lage, entspannte Atmosphäre, sehr guter Service, umfangreiches und ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer (z.B. Kapselautomat) wäre wünschenswert.
• Kati Riedl (9/5): Kurzurlaub - Schönes neu Renoviertes Hotel, trotzdem wurde der Charm beibehalten. Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber mit kleinem Balkon. Bad ist auch neu und schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut mit wirklich guten Cafe. Der Pool mit der Aussicht ins Grüne ist unheimlich schön. Wir waren auch im Restaurant- Das Essen war ausgezeichnet- das Lokal wunderschön und der Service top. Leider fanden wir das Bett überhaupt nicht bequem. Die Matratzen waren stein hart. Aber natürlich ist das nur eine Empfindungen unsere seits...

• Romāns Naudiņš (10/5): - Šī viesnīca ir lieliska. Atrodas klusā vietā, nav trokšņu no auto satiksmes. Viesnīcas personāls ir ļoti izpalīdzīgs un laipns. Brokastis bagātīgas, laba kafija. Viesnīcā ir viens no labākajiem steika restorāniem Bolzāno. Iesaku ieturēt vakariņas. Ēdienkartē varēja atrast arī zivju ēdienus un šo to veģetrāru pavārī pagatavo arī ārpus ēdienkartes. Kopumā ļoti skaista viesnīca ar izsmalcinātu interjeru. Paldies Eggentaler komandai par lieliski pavadīto laiku pie Jums.

• L (9/5): Restaurant is een aanrader - Eigen restaurant (Gault Millau aanbeveling), zwembad en sauna, ligt aan een stromende beek, zeer dicht bij Bolzano Locatie, naast een energiecentrale en in de buurt van snelwegen en spoorweg.

Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. - Ich hatte spontan gebucht und war absolut angetan von dem Zimmer, das ich bekommen habe. Tolle Ausstattung, separater Ankleide- und Badetrakt. Sowohl der Empfang, als auch der Service beim Frühstück war hervorragend und herzlich. Der Swimmingpool, der Whirlpool und der Wellness- bzw. Saunabereich rundeten meinen Aufenthalt ab. Keinerlei Beanstandungen
• Angela (9/5): Sehr gute Adresse für ein paar Tage Südtirol. - Schönes Hotel, etwas ausserhalb non Bozen. Angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr feines Nachtessen. (dazu gebucht) fast ausnahmslos, sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmet war eher dunkel etwas düster. Das Frühstücksbuffet eher klein und ohne Rührei :)

• Laaksonen (9/5): Kaksi yötä Eggentalerissa - Hotellin ravintola on erinomainen. Kannattaa varata pöytä ennakkoon. Huoneet olivat siistit ja viihtyisät. Henkilökunta lähes poikkeuksetta hyvää. Muutama henkilö olivat nuivia, eivätkä niin sanotusti istuneet joukkoon. Toisen huoneen lämpötila oli liian kuuma, eikä sitä saanut säätämällä laskettua. Yksi ravintolan henkilökunnasta käyttäytyi epäasiallisesti meitä kohtaan.
