• Nidhi (10/5): If in South Goa you have to visit Nirvan! - I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Nirvan! The home was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a perfect stay. Harsh, the host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring and was very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a top-notch experience.
• Harsh (10/5): We really enjoyed worth every penny. Perfect staycation - The property was very well maintained for this price its a steal. It’s mostly fully booked we wish we could get more nights. We had a blast with friends the party speaker and arkade games added to the fun. Its very close to the beach and restaurants swiggy zomato also deliver
• Brooke (4/5): False marketing. The pictures don't match the reality. - Clean rooms and interior. It's a penthouse on the second floor and not a Villa. Bags had to be carried by ourselves for checkin and checkout. Towels were nor clean. Amenities were not always available. Cleaning is done every alternate day and bedsheets are changed every 4 says. Hot water was not available. The same was repaired a day later of informing. Terrace Swing was dirty and had Old Cigarette buds. I have pictures of the same if required. The pictures put on booking.com don't show the actual size. Games darts were missing. Washing machine didn't work properly.
• Pratik (10/5): Perfect villa to stay in South Goa - The villa rooms were really nice and we enjoyed staying there , all things were perfect and all equipment were working. It was perfect place to stay in south Goa with friends and family. The location of villa is great.
• Vipin (9/5): The stay was overall very good. - the house was tastefully done. Host was amiable. Host could have provided extra bedsheets. He could not. There were a lack of spoons and knives.

• Radhikadd (10/5): Would visit again in a heartbeat! Cleanest property. - The home was tastefully done with exceptional interiors. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances and that too in clean and working condition. I did not have a single complaint in all of 6 days that we stayed. There is construction happening right behind the home, so there is some noise, but that is not a big issue. The people in the society complex are not friendly. Even when we were wearing proper swim wear and not creating any kind of ruckus at all, they kept looking at us throughout the time we stayed in the pool. It felt very intrusive. It was as if they needed to come and complain about anything. Too nosy and unnecessary. Also, it wasn't mentioned in the property description that it is an apartment on the second floor. The images looked like it is a ground floor villa. Some clarity about that would have been better as we were travelling with a 1.5 years old baby.
• Mandal (9/5): Amazing - The stay was awesome. It was a beautiful property with all basic amenities. Well maintained. The host was very kind. There should be plug points linked with the inverter so that we can atleast charge our phones while the current is gone for longer period. Only the lights and fans were connected to the inverter.
