- Di Pietro (8/5): Loved the location and size of the apartment. - Location is excellent. Directly opposite the beach. Gift pack was lovely. Nice to have things like salt/pepper/glad wrap/storage containers/beach towels available. Could have been cleaned a bit better. Top of range hood dirty, main bathroom bench dusty in places, bench beneath coffee machine dirty. It seems like the cleaner doesn't move everything when they clean. The second bedroom was stuffy with only a fan and the window can only be opened a few inches. Basement parking access in and out is very tight.

- Dan_48 (9/5): We loved Byron Bay and this apartment was just great. - The location is wonderful, both to beach and local restaurants - and property really lovely Spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people. Great seating areas in and out Thoughtful and appreciated oil and spices left there BBQ was not that clean - we left it cleaner than we found it- but very usable. Would have been helpful to have BBQ tools Think a place that can sleep 6 could do with more plates and bowls - only 1 set of everything which slightly limiting.

- Namrata (6/5): cute but could do better - enough space for all of us, close to the beach not really walkable to the shops didnt cater to a baby: no cots, no baby seats main issue was the parking- the angles are seriously too tight for a long people mover (kia carnival)- we ended up parking on the street during the day and paying the extra cash. there is no free parking at all on the street, so definitely bring a smaller car that you wouldnt be too sad to see scratched no dishwashing tabs difficult to contact hosts no pool- we knew that but i think if you were going to pay this much, pool access would be better

- Veronika (7/5): Disappointing - Location was perfect. The fit out was ok but not luxury as implied. Clean the apartment, proper clean where you remove dustballs from all wicker furniture and actually scrub the bathroom and mop the floor. The apartment presents clean but it’s not. The apartment is extremely dark, which is misrepresented in advertising, you can’t be inside without light on during the day! Furthermore, the hairdryer was disgustingly sticky - invest $100 into a new one since you only provide one in a six person apartment. And wash the lounge and pillows - just because it looked good once doesn’t mean it’s not dirty!!

Was on lower level apartment so view was ok but would probably a lot better on higher level for sea views Very strict check in time From 3pm - most places are from 2pm and able to accommodate early check in on occasions. Dishes was still in dishwasher at least clean No lighting in garage and very poor lighting timer on stairs to garage. Timer switches off before you even get downstairs which is dangerous as there are steps/ stairs Sticky hairdryer which was not very clean but useable. Not something you expect from a luxury accommodation.

- Rose (10/5): Perfect and comfy stay close to shops, restaurants and beach! - Location is amazing and the apartment is really spacious and extremely well equipped. The decor is beautiful and the table on the verandah lovely - the sea breeze refreshing at night. The air conditioner didn't work and the lounge area out the back was quite dirty and not really usable.
