• Mira (8/5): Pobyt udany wspaniały! Sporo wycieczek zrobiłam ze względu na pogodę - Centralne położenie hotelu i widok z balkonu! Że za każdym razem jak chciało się skorzystać z łóżka do opalania trzeba było zapłacić 1 € i odnieść kluczyki po od pięciu łóżka z Łańcuchów!

The only thing that let it down was the shower, wasn't very good and nearly slipped a couple of times but overall enjoyable. Would stay again. They did add little touches little shampoo, soap and conditioner which was lovely and a bottle of water in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable too. Shower

• Szilvia (10/5): Negyedik alkalommal a comodoroban. - Máskor is voltunk már az épületben de akkor magánszemélytől kiadott apartmanban, ezért is jöttünk vissza. Foglaláskor nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, figyelembe vették a házon belüli elhelyezkedésre szóló kérésemet. A lakás tiszta volt, mérete megfelelő, kilátás gyönyörű.Tényleg tökéletesen megfelelt kettőnknek. A konyhafelsterelés is megfelelő volt. Az ár/érték aránya is verhetetlen. Lehetett volna egy élesebb kés, de ezt még túléltük.

• Gill (4/5): Poor from the first impression Shoddy, tired unrepaired - Staff when asked about issues, sounded helpful, but said couldn't influence & to talk to manager, unavailable whilst we were out during days. Complained to Booking. Com, who gave a few vouchers, but said couldn't resolve with host. Grubby, poorly repaired issues, cracked balcony screen, dirty floor and fridge top, tiles worn from edges, Few elec sockets. No kitchen surface plug point for kettle /toaster bizarre fix to double point then extend, but still kettle above head height! Unusable as "kitchen" for 75%of stay. Minimal cutlery, all bent or dirty. No confidence in electric safety, open sockets in bathroom. Every item was chipped, missing & or unsafe.

• Carla (6/5): - Una buena localización, útil si solo lo quieres usar para dormir. A la cocina le faltaban un montón de utensilios, la única sartén que había era demasiado grande para la vitro y por tanto, no podías usar el otro fuego a la vez, dado que el cazo que había también era demasiado grande. No teníamos una paleta para cocinar, solo cucharón. Los cajones de la cocina se caían y quedaban descolgados cada vez que los abrías. La cortina de la ducha se queda corta de los laterales y se moja el suelo cuando te duchas, aunque lo hagas con cuidado. No dejan ni sal ni servilletas, y solo te dejan una bolsa de basura puesta. Las almohadas y colchones son incómodos. La pintura de la terraza se caía y en el techo del baño había humedad.

• JOHNNY HENRY (5/5): Bonito lugar de alojamiento - La ubicacion Las barandas de la terraza y el cristal, en mal estado y oxidado, deben de pintarlo y cambiar los cristales, que cuando uno toma foto para recomendarlo se ve el descuido.

Horrible lightning with cold LED panels, impossible to use for humans. Lack of WiFi. The one you can buy for 3EUR a day is a joke and you can only use it for one device. Imagine you work with 2 phones and 2 computers🤦‍♀️

• Laura (2/5): Be cautious as not clean and looks like the photos - The location is fantastic and parking outside the hotel was always available. Staff seemed friendly enough. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised and was tired and dated. The room was very dirty particularly the bathroom which also had a smell. The beds were two single of different heights which wasn’t ideal for a couple and the blind was white and thin which meant the sun woke us up early. The noise from the ferry also woke us up but this was to be expected due to the location.
• Bocciarelli (8/5): Monolocale primo piano - L'appartamento è situato in un buon punto con vista sulla piscina e al mare , comodo il passaggio Dalla piscina alla passeggiata sul litorale del porto , personale eccezionale, abbiamo deciso di rimanere 3 notti in più e ci è stata data una soluzione nella stessa stanza con uno sconto! Ritorneremo ma per soggiornare in una stanza piu grande e nei piani alti! Abbiamo trovato la tenda del balcone senza ganci per fermarla e dopo averlo comunicato non sono venuti a risolvere il problema,così come il cambio della biancheria che abbiamo ricevuto vicino il giorno della partenza ,sono solo dettagli per migliorare

• Peter (10/5): Grandiose Lage am Meer. - Grandiose Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Blick aufs offene Meer und La Gomera. Netter unkomplizierter Empfang. Zimmereinrichtung etwas alt aber voll funktionsfähig. Sehr schönes Pool. Unweit von der Altstadt und von der Bushaltestelle.
• Hawyfer (7/5): Für ein paar Nächte ist ok - Super Lage, Personal sehr hilfsbereit, Zimmer war bereit um 12 Uhr Die Betten waren sehr weich und unbequem, wifi kostenpflichtig, ich habe bezahlt für Meerblick aber bekommen war 1. Stock von der Seite ohne gute Sicht. Keine Kaffeemaschine.
• Neil (8/5): budget room, ideal as hardly in room. - The location was the best thing. Right on the front 5 to 10 minutes walk to los christianos. No rush to get beds, dont mind paying 1 euro per sunbed. 24 hr reception was useful. No shower room for late last day. Pool too big and freezing cold so never heated up in the sun.
• Bridget (8/5): Nice location - Location & quiet .close enough to plenty of bars & restaurants & plenty of shopping with the market right next to us on Sunday morning.the staff were very helpful & the pool area was lovely.Our apartment was basic but had what we needed I would definitely stay again . We followed the address for the property and it’s nowhere near it. My advice is to update the address so others don’t get caught out walking around with cases & trying to find it.

Only down sides were the mattresses were like brick and my patio door didn't close, I asked the lady to close it 3 times but no one came lucky I was ok !

• Denis (8/5): Très très agréable. - L'emplacement est super, nous avons tout à proximité. Le balcon vu sur la mer est superbe. Le calme de l'immeuble. J'y retournerai certainement. Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié mais il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'équipement dans la cuisine. Et pour ceux qui se couche tôt attention, il y a de la musique assez forte des restaurants autour qui s'arrête à 23h.
• MENDOZA (5/5): Localización perfecta, no más de una noche - La localización Muy viejo. Los electrodomésticos de la cocina daban pena. El agua los salió siempre fría. A la mañana siguiente sobre las 9:00 de la mañana empezaron unas obras en el apartamento de al lado 103A que parecía que fuese en nuestro propio apartamento. Muy desagradable.

• Alona (10/5): Чудово на кілька днів! - Місце розташування, вигляд з балкону ( номер 807т), чисто, басейн, океан. Немає шуму, крім океану. Платні лежаки біля басейну,немає кондиціонера чи хоч вентилятора, вночі океан дуже шумний. Щоб спати з відкритим балконом допомогли airpods з шумоподавленням. Немає пральної машинки.

Это маленькая студия с кроватью и кухней в одной комнате, но это чистый и уютный номер-апартаменты с потрясающим видом, укомплектованной кухней и хорошим санузелом. Мы очень благодарны агенту за любезность и помощь в поиске нужного нам варианта. Мы советуем вам это размещение. Апартаменты находятся в начале Лос Кристианос и не далеко от 2 супермаркеров. Есть возможность готовить еду и наслаждаться лучшими видами. Будьте готовы, что океан по ночам рычит и шумит😊🤭 В начале мы получили номер без вида🫩Это был номер 201 (не заказывайте его если не желаете вид на соседей). Но на следующий день агентство, которое находится в том же здании, нашло нам другое предложение без доплаты, но нужно было подождать еще сутки. И номер 207 превзошёл наши ожидания, это номер с потрясающим видом.

Todo nunca puede ser perfecto, así qué en lo único que no estuve contento fue con los colchones, incómodos, dormimos muy mal, una pena porque por lo demás genial.

• Christopher (5/5): Would only want to stay for one night - My own fault, I guess, but the noise outside until the not-quite-so-early hours of the morning was awful. Bed was quite comfortable though. Very basic, though functional. A little run-down, with no pretensions to "comfort". Wouldn't want to stay there for more than one night. Lift was minute and a bit "clunky"; was grateful when the doors opened at my destination floor!
• Manca (5/5): Passable - The room was quite big with a nice balcony towards sea. It had a good air conditioner. In June there were a lot of vacant parking spots in front of the hotel for free. The bathroom was really dirty, the taps weren't clean. The kitchenware was really basic, also only one cup for tea and plenty for coffee. The facility seemed quite old, I didn't feel comfortable in the room.

• Rachael (7/5): A lovely and well located complex. - Lovely complex with nice pool and gardens, sea views and well located for central Los Cristianos. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. This particular apartment needed a bit of TLC, the balcony doors don't open easily and there was no tin opener, bottle opener, only 1 wine glass - nothing that spoilt our trip and i only mention it because you ask.

• Karen (8/5): Fabulous! Great appartment, great location, great facilities - The comodoro was centrally located with lots to do nearby. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were very uncomfortable as they were hard.

Rooms are filthy , pool ice cold. Female reception staff are lovely and friendly. Gentleman on reception insists he doesn’t work at the hotel and works for someone else. Gave our towels to the cleaner to replace however she didn’t replace . Gentleman on reception refused to give me more as he says the manager would be mad at him. You pay to use a sun lounger at the pool !!!, You pay to use internet only £3 per day per person . Rooms are filthy dirty . Couldn’t use the shower due to amount of limescale, Bathroom dirty. Lock on bedroom door hanging off, balcony door had no lock. Uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room Leak coming through the ceiling when coming out the lift. Lots of buckets to collect water from leak, smelt disgusting. Says no pets however lots of residents have dogs walking around.

• Linda (5/5): Great location, great pool, but run down building - 1.Very good location with many close cafes/shops and quiet at night. 2.Big clean pool, but maybe not heated. 3.Shower and bath and showergels etc provided 4.Eventually a big balcony with a seaview 5.Manned reception 6.No hairdryer in room but available from reception free 7.Two good working lifts ,but only takes 3/4 people. 8.H10 hotel next door has good evening entertainment free to non residents. 1.First room 201T we accessed at 6pm on a saturday had a toilet that didnt flush, no electric in bedroom sockets, no bulb in wall lights, broken sofabed that folded up trapping and cutting daughters legs, and a very small balcony. 2.No maintenance man available over the weekend. Cleaner tried to help but coupd not solve any of those problems.Was told could use reception toilet 2 floors down till monday.Unacceptable for 2 elderly people and so asked for different room.Reception said had to wait for the Booking office to open monday to change rooms.But then offered us a replacement which took till 3pm sunday to "clean", ruining our first day as we had to hang around waiting. 3.Replacement room 206T on same 2nd floor was good with everything working and a great balcony view BUT we were picking up glass shards on the bedroom floor everyday from a previous occupants breakage presumably.Room wasnt cleaned and bed changed till the thursday but we still found glass after that.Not good on bare feet 4.Reception is manned but seems to be for apartment owners only, any problems have to be dealt with by the booking office in the foyer which we never found open. 5.Some apartments had balcony blinds, ours did not and being south facing it was baking hot even in feb. 6.THERE ARE NO FANS OR AIRCON. 7.Whole block looks run down with broken stair tiles,broken glass panels around the bar,but the pool area is good.
