Robert (9/5): Except for the door lock problem, it was a good stay, - Location was very good. The property was very well appointed The fact that the door lock failed during my stay. I had to make 4 phone calls and wait 6 hours for the company who ran the property to sort out a locksmith. I’m my first phone call I told them what was needed. The locksmith told me when he was contacted, which was over 4 hours from when I first reported the problem. I was not able to leave the property that day, so effectively lost a a day. The time taken to resolve the problem I find unacceptable.
