- Zulfiqar (9/5): Nice Location Decent stay... - It was a decent one night stay. We booked the family room (suit) which was on 6th floor the only room on 6th. The room was big with a Huge balcony extending on three sides. The place was super Clean 10/10 for that.. The temperature in the room never went above 22 degrees the whole night though we set it on 28degrees( never helped) which felt quite cold with a 5 months old infant. When we communicated with reception they said because the room is on Top so the heating isnt enough( exactly so they need to improve heating in that room) The buffet breakfast was just basic. With lower number of Guest rather than wasting a lot on buffet which people wont touch its better to offer a two or three course fresh breakfast meal. Rest was all Ok

В отеле есть ресторан с очень вкусной турецкой кухней. Завтраки были неплохие. Номер был соединенный двухкомнатный. В комнатах есть запах, но это запах не сигарет , а непонятный, но через пару часов он выветривается . Номера стильные очень , улица оживленная и нескучная. - Onur (8/5): - Otelin içerisi harika döşenmiş. Tasarımı, odalarda kullanılan eşyalar hepsi çok özenli idi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Genel anlamda oteli beğendik. Daha iyi bir karşılama olabilirdi her zaman ilk intiba çok önemlidir. Otelde yeterli sayıda personel olmasına rağmen eşyalarımıza yardım edilmedi, check-in kendimiz hallettik.

- I (9/5): - Стаите бяха чисти и просторни, искахме стая с тераса и бяхме настанени на 5 етаж. Терасата беше много голяма и светла, оборудвана с маса, диван и кресла. Срещу хотела се намира голям МОЛ и е почти в центъра. Закуската беше добра и разнообразна. Кафето в хотела не беше много окей.

- SEMA (8/5): Good stay in central location - The hotel is modern and is located 20 steps from the mall. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had good choice. The nicest thing is the parking, big space reserved for the hotel. In general, we had a good stay. - Room209 had ventilation issues. Someone, somewhere was smoking so our room smelled horribly of smoke 90% of our entire stay - Bathroom did not have a proper draining and you can shower and swim in the shower at the same time

- Jana (6/5): Es war okay aber würde ich nicht nochmal nehmen. Habe mich dort unwohl gefühlt! - Zentrale Lage im Stadtzentrum. Taxi ,Bus , Shopping, Restaurants unmittelbar vor der Tür . Das Hotel ist neuwertig und komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matratzen sind sehr gut. Deluxe Zimmer wurde mit 45 qm verkauft. Das Zimmer hatte eigentlich nur 26 qm, plus eine Zirka 20 qm große Terrasse die überdacht und geschlossen durch riesige Fenster Front war. Die Terrasse war jedoch kaum nutzbar, da sie sehr schnell aufheizte und keine Klima hatte. Leider flogen auch Vögel dort an den Scheiben entlang, weshalb ich die riesigen Fenster nicht öffnete. Natürlich war es mit offenen Fenster auch entsprechend laut.Die Möbel auf der Terrasse beschränkten sich auf eine Art Garten Garnitur. Also alles in allem kaum nutzbar und sollte so auch nicht verkauft werden. Das wurde auch mit den Empfangsmitarbeitern so besprochen welche sich auch einsichtig zeigten. Jedoch habe ich trotzdem für 45 qm bezahlt. Lediglich eine Nacht wurde mir erstattet, da ich einen Tag früher abgereist bin. Desweiteren kam über die Klimaanlage Zigaretten Geruch in mein Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Baby dabei und fand es wirklich unangenehm. Es war soweit sauber, aber nicht sehr gründlich sauber. Aber hier auch wieder,die Terrasse war nicht frisch gewischt und auch die Fenster schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Ein Skelett von einem kleinen Vogel lag sogar im äußeren Fensterbrett. Das Personal war nicht zuvorkommend, sie grüßten ihre Gäste nicht einmal. Ich wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal begrüßt, Werder im Frühstücksraum noch an der Rezeption. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte die Mindestauswahl, welche man in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Hier jedoch nichteinmal frische Brötchen oder Brot sondern Aufbackbrötchen. Und nichteinmal der Babystuhl wurde mir gebracht oder bereitgestellt, obwohl ich alleine im Restaurant war musste ich den Stuhl mir selber holen. Dieses Hotel trotz modernen, neuwertigen Zimmern kann ich wegen sehr schlechtem Service überhaupt nicht weiter empfehlen.

- Petya (10/5): Amazing staff! - The deluxe room was spacious with a big terrace. The restaurant and the receptionists were the nicest people! Especially when we had dinners at the restaurant and we purchased something outside of the menu, they had no problems of making it. Also, we had troubles with our car and Muhammed stayed all day with us assisting and helping with local mechanic. We are very grateful for their sincere help in this situation! The neighborhood was very busy even though the location was super close to the city center The bathroom could have been bigger, but it’s not a deal breaker

It is usual either to offer it even in lower price hotel or to make available on the common table. The charge was not announced by the staff, I was only informed about it on reception by check-out.
