• Ikram (1/5): On était pressé de partir de cet endroit. - Je n’ai rien aimé. Entrée insalubre, aucune indication pour accéder au logement, odeur nauséabonde, ascenseur sale. Ce n était pas un logement mais une cellule de prison ! Pas de lit pour le nombre de personnes réservées. Un fauteuil qui ne tient même pas. Aucune aération, si on ouvre la fenêtre, ça pue le graillon. Salle de bain, humide. Toilette sale. Nous étions avec des enfants, nous nous marchions les un sur les autres. Même pas d espace pour ouvrir sa valise.

• Stephan (9/5): Verkehrsgünstige und bequeme Unterkunft in Tokio - Sehr gut gelegenes Appartment in der Nähe von Shinjuku main station. Sehr große und bequeme Betten und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch wenn die Wohnung nicht mehr die allerneueste ist und recht klein, hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Lampen haben recht grelles ungemütliches Licht, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

• Daniel (8/5): - Great location, plenty of space, tidy. Easy to find location and host was nice. :) As building is relatively old, sometimes some sewage smell coming from bathroom, to be expected. Also, it could be a bit cold at nights, but AC with heating helps

We didn't know there was a locker. The owner didn't mention this at first, and then he expressed it a bit rudely. But it's no problem.

Für 3 Erwachsene zu klein.Duschen nur in gebückter Haltung möglich wenn man über 1,75m groß ist. Das Appartment liegt inmitten des Rotlichtviertels.Manchmal nachts etwas laut, ansonsten diskret. Wenn das nicht stört sehr gute zentrale Unterkunft.

• Stephane (9/5): Shinjuku stay - The location was great, right next to the train station and the host was super accommodating and quick to respond! The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend magnets for the bottom of the shower curtain to keep it in place! Otherwise it was a great stay!

• Orestis (10/5): Probably one of the best places I stayed at in Japan. - The location was absolutely fantastic, and the place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It genuinely felt less like a hotel and more like I had my own apartment. The beds were comfortable, and although the area was lively, it was not too noisy. It was just excellent. The only thing that wasn't fantastic was that half of the bath was too short for me to stand comfortably. That said, standing in the tub to shower wasn't necessary, so the issue was not too prominent. Also some more towels would have been nice!

• Vuong (9/5): Great place for a group, host was accommodating and gave great information on where things were at. - Proximity to Shinjuku 800m or so. There was enough bedding for our family of 5. Close to laundry mat We weren’t staying indoors, so no real issue.

• Tama (6/5): Served the purpose and was clean - It was clean and big enough, beds were comfortable. People complain about the shower height in the reviews, but it's so silly - you would have to stand agains the wall to hit the small part that is lower. Although Shinjuku is a great area to visit, this apartment is right on the edge and to be honest it's a little 'seedy' of an area. Not for girls travelling alone, but otherwise fine. We were fine, and enjoyed being so close to everything. Expect street noise, but unlikely to be anything more than talking or singing.
• David (6/5): Pleasant - Proximity to nightlife and metro. Microwave. Too small for 6 people with luggage. Pictures did not match the accommodation. Other family members who booked after us and had 1 less guest got a larger apartment. Garbage on the ground floor was over flowing the bins and rats could be seen. Security and the area in general is not ideal for kids.

• Calen (9/5): Great location, and you can't lose track of the building with it painted those colors :) - Very fun location in Kabukicho. If you want to stay in that area for the nightlife, Golden Gai, etc, everything you'd want is nearby. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. It can be a bit noisy outside on the street at night with people walking past, but that's just something that will happen in Shinjuku unless you are several floors up. Didn't notice it much after the first night, was far too tired from so much walking around. It's not located on an especially busy street, could have been worse.

• Gayle (6/5): Not for light sleepers - The location is a 3 minute walk from one of the metro stations While the location is relatively near Shinjuku main station, it's still quite far away (about 20 minutes walk), so I would not recommend it if you're staying near Shinjuku to take a coach bus / train later on. The main issue was the noise. It is located in the bars / clubs area, which meant that there were sounds and cleaning up ongoing until 3-4am at night. The apartment is on the second floor, which also doesn't help with blocking out the noise at all. The beds are also relatively thin and uncomfortable, though the main issue preventing us from sleeping was the noise late at night.

• Benedict (10/5): Would come back here if we'll be back in Tokyo. - -The place was in a very convenient location, just a 5-8 minute walk to Higashi-Shinjuku (Oedo Line), 15 min walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome Station (Fukutoshin Line, Marunouchi Line), 15 minute walk to JR Shinjuku Station. It is near the Kabukicho area where there are several clubs, bars for drinking. A 5 minute walk to Lawson and 7/11 convenience store. -The place had all the basic amenities -We were a family of 5, parents were senior citizens and we were all in our 20's-30's and we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely come back here if we're in tokyo again. -The shower area was really cramped, for someone bigger this would really be an issue. -Toilet could be upgraded to those heated seats with bidet :).

• Teddy (6/5): Zero confort - Nothing The place was very small, which I already knew, but the worst thing was that there were 2 double beds, since my reservation was for 2 people and we had to jump onto the bed because the beds were attached from wall to wall, the bathroom In addition to being small and having to sit on the toilet sideways because it is attached to the wall, the shower has a very, very low ceiling that you have to bathe bent over and I am 5.3ft tall and finally I had to contact Booking to put the utensils that he offered because they weren't there and he told me they didn't have them, I don't recommend it.
