The communication with the host was little difficult (only in WhatsApp) and we did not find the place easily. There is no sign at the front door and when you enter the inside yard, you cannot find the place.
• OLGA (5/5): Μας έδωσε την ευκαιρία να μείνουμε για 4 μέρες σε ένα κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης - Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική, πρόθυμη να δώσει πληροφορίες μετακίνησης και μας περίμενε κατά την άφιξη. Υπήρχε άφθονο πρωινό σε μαρμελάδες, κρουασάν, μπισκότα, χυμούς και νερό για Καλωσόρισμα. Οικονομική επιλογή διαμονής στο κέντρο της πόλης για γρήγορη μετακίνηση. Αισθανθήκαμε ασφαλείς. Ήθελα να είναι έτοιμο το 4ο ρατζο κρεβάτι και όχι να το ανοίξω και να το στρώσω εγώ, όλα τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών θέλουν αλλαγή άμεσα όπως και τα σεντόνια, πετσέτες. Ηχομόνωση ανύπαρκτη.
• Lenka (8/5): - Centrally located, good access to the historic center. We arrived before midnight and the place didn't seem dangerous at all. Parking available in a public parking garage, 25 EUR. Given the off-season, we found a place. I can't imagine it in the full season.

• Federico (7/5): - Appartamento completante ristrutturato, pulito e vicino al centro La zona non é delle migliori con stradine nelle quali si passa a fatica e senza parcheggi.
• Marina (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo - L'appartamento è situato in una zona decentrata ma abbastanza comoda per avviarsi a piedi verso la stazione o il centro storico Camera matrimoniale passabile, divano letto preparato con lenzuola di dubbia pulizia (tanto è che ho provveduto con la sostituzione con altre presenti nell'armadio) e 4 letto non pervenuto (chiuso in un armadio). Nella prenotazione era ben chiaro che fossimo 2 adulti e 2 bambine di 7 e 9 anni. Bagno piccolo, copriwc rotto e scomodo, l'unica nota positiva la doccia abbastanza grande. Per non contare muri molto sporchi e trascurato. Meglio pensare che fosse solo x due notti, giusto per avere un appoggio x dormire. Mi dispiace ma mi aspettavo di più

• Veronika (8/5): - Die Lage ist gut, in einer ruhigen Straße trotz zentraler Lage. Es hat einen großen Innenhof in dem Kinder schön rennen können. Die Nachbarn sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die nette Frau des Vermieters war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns noch Kaffee und Wasser gebracht. Von außen kann man nicht erkennen, dass man im am richtigen Ort ist, ein Schild wäre gut. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind nicht ganz intakt, aber funktionsfähig.
• Veronica (1/5): SPORCHISSIMO - Niente Struttura sporchissima e fatiscente: polvere dappertutto, rubinetto del bagno sporco e pieno di calcare, telaio delle porte rigonfiati e spaccati, peli vicino al letto e sulle lenzuola ( che avevano proprio il segno di quando sono appena acquistati e tirati via dalla busta senza nemmeno essere lavati) freezer sporchissimo pieno di ghiaccio e con qualche bevanda scoppiata dentro e non ripulito. Asciugamani di colore grigiastro e maleodoranti. PESSIMA e dico pessima esperienza. Abbiamo pagato per 2 notti, siamo arrivati nella struttura intorno alle 00.30 e qui di siamo stati costretti a rimanere per la notte ( le mie due bimbe le ho fatte dormire nei passeggini) La mattina dopo ho subito inviato le foto al proprietario sottolineando che era improponibile affittare una struttura in quelle condizioni, e che saremo andati via la mattina stessa senza continuare il soggiorno. Mi ha scritto che avrebbe subito mandato qualcuno per pulire ( ho rifiutato di rimanere in quanto la pulizia andrebbe fatta prima dell'arrivo dei clie ti e non durante) mi ha risposto che dopo aver verificato di persona avrebbe provveduto al rimborso NON PERVENUTO non risponde nemmeno a booking che dice di non poter provvedere al rimborso completo senza la risposta del proprietario ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE a causa di gente che vuole solo fregare soldi alle famiglie!! VERGOGNA

• Luca Maria (10/5): Esperienza positiva in famiglia - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per qualche giorno in famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero comoda per visitare Napoli a piedi e con i mezzi. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre pronti a fornire indicazioni utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole visitare la città sentendosi un po’ come a casa. Consigliato!

• Monika (7/5): Good - Studio pleasant, clean, everything needed was on site. Contact with the owner was very good. A big advantage was air conditioning and a coffee maker. No daylight, the only two windows overlooked the inner square (first floor apartment), so uncovering the windows and airing out was not an option. For breakfast there were packaged croissants from the supermarket and rusks with jam. The neighborhood was quite dirty and we did not feel safe.

• Buzdugan (7/5): It's a nice place to stay for a night - It was a nice building, nice apartment, and the host was also nice. It was a bit noisy in the morning, we couldn't sleep well, but it was ok for one night. Also it wasn't clean enough from my point of view and it also had mold in some spots which I didn't like at all. It didn't have a toilet cover, and I didn't like that either.

• Justin (8/5): Clean, bright apartment in a trashy part of town - The host was very kind and let us check in a little early so that we didn't have to drag our baggage around the city. The apartment was very clean and modern inside a nice apartment building with a very pretty courtyard. We chatted briefly with one of the neighbors who was very friendly. This part of Naples is very convenient to the train station, but otherwise it's a very dirty place. There was trash everywhere on the streets, dog excrement, and people sleeping on the sidewalks. Nobody bothered us, but we didn't feel particularly safe either. Also, the fold-out "double" bed is really only big enough for one person, so one of our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. (Fortunately there were extra blankets which made for a nice palette).

The fact that they have AC is a +. The neighbors are a little noisy and you can hear anything from their apartments. The bed from the kitchen is a little small.

• Aleš (1/5): terrible experience - nothing We arrived to Napels on 3 rd July 2023 in the evening. I was trying to call Nanni several times before our arrival but he didn´t answer the phone. We were in a very difficult situation because our daughter was sick and she needed to have a rest after a long journey. Finally he answered the phone but he wasn´t able to speak English at all and he didn´t have any willingness to help us. We just understood that he was far away from the apartment. The apartment wasn´t labeled and the locel people have never heard about Nanni before. It was getting dark and our children were were exhausted so we had to pay for an expensive hotel near the airport and stayed there for two nights.

Coffee machine was locked by a key and we couldn't refill water. Large mold in the bathroom.

The windows of the apartment are oriented to a beautiful inner courtyard, you can't hear the noise of the city. When we go again, we will want to live here.
