• Alison (2/5): Won’t stay here again - Beach front property was nice and liked the food options available. Staff was extremely rude. The only kind people were the man who brought our luggage to our room and a man working at departure Dr who helped us with our uber. Was originally excited to stay at this hotel but sad to say we won’t be back because of the poor service we received from the staff.
• Mark (5/5): Passable - The elevator had only one working. The wait was unbearable. Then when the elevator got to your floor it was packed is you couldn’t even get on.
• David (7/5): Other than stated above was a good hotel. - Good restaurants, nice pool area $130/day resort fee that just showed up, my fault when booking….. They closed the pool/hot tub every night at 6:00pm

• Elena (1/5): Sucked - The bed was comfortable Too big, too loud, BOOKING DID NOT INFORMED US THAT THERE WOULD BE A HOUSEKEEPING FEE AND THAT THERE WILL NOT BE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE FOR US. This is the last time we book with BOOKING. I am very disappointed with how booking has misinformed us. I wonder how many other situation you have taken advantage of us.

• Brian (1/5): Won't be back. - Location is good, staff is all friendly and professional Cleanliness, vomit from previous nights parties not cleaned up. Elevators slow or not working at all sometimes.Stairways are filthy. Two k-cups for a 4 day stay provided in the room. 125.00 dollar room cleaning fee assessed at checkout. 20% gratuity added to every bill at all bars and restaurants.
