• Darth Alex (10/5): - An excellent accommodation, clean, modern, ideally located, 3 min away from the beach, sea view, fully equipped with kitchen and bath facilities, ideal choice for a traveler like me to combine long stay at a sea side and remote work. Nothing to report, all fine.
• Marlena (1/5): - JonisApartments mimo potwierdzenia pobytu nie był gotowy, aktualnie mieszkali tam inni ludzie. Argumentem czemu tak się stało była odpowiedź że to nie ich problem proszę kontaktować się z Booking. Bardzo nie profesjonalne zachowanie, proszę uważać albo mieć jakiś hotel w zabezpieczeniu.

• Andrea (8/5): Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! - Die Lage war top & die Kommunikation war auch einwandfrei. Total verständnisvoll & zuvorkommend. Danke dafür ! Die Matratze war etwas unbequem, aber ansonsten war alles top.
• Poníková (8/5): - Ubytovanie má veľmi dobrú polohu, apartmán je dobre vybavený, čistý. Apartmán ponúka príjemný výhľad pri posedení na balkóne a jeho obrovskou výhodou je jeho vzdialenosť od pláže a promenády. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola pohotová. Matrac na posteli by už potreboval vymeniť, keďže je preležaný. Bolo by dobré rozšíriť vybavenie kuchyne. My sme mali to nešťastie, že sme nemali pripojenie na internet z dôvodu poruchy, ktorú spôsobili hostia pred nami a majiteľ to nevedel vyriešiť, keďže nebol na mieste - bol odcestovaný. Toto hodnotím ako jedno mínus, čo nás brzdilo pri práci.

• Veronika (10/5): - Pobyt byl velmi příjemný. Byt má skvělou lokalitu, obchod a pekárnu hned u ubytování a na pláži jste hned co vyjdete z bytu. Vybavení bytu bylo naprosto v pořádku. Celý pobyt byl velmi příjemný a neměl nejmenší chybu.
• Izabella (10/5): - Maga az Apartman gyönyörű és látszik,hogy új,főleg a fürdőszoba az extra. Hát nem igazán volt tiszta a konyha és kevés dolog van benne,sem leves szedoő kanál,sem fa kanál szóval volt amiket venni kellett ,ahhoz hogy el tudjam készíteni az ebédet. Illetve nagyon nagyon zsíros volt.minden ami ott volt. De tényleg csak a konyha ami nem elégséges.

Дуже порадував балкон, з якого відкривається пейзаж на море та сосни, від яких відчувався приємний аромат природи. Гарний та привітний власник. Поселили нас швидше встановленої години, завжди були на звязку. До моря 2 хвилини. Все було чудово, дякуємо за відпочинок !
• Abruzzogo (10/5): Quiet Winter Getaway. - Handy location, on second floor but only 1.5 flights of stairs. Close to markets, beach promenade and restaurants. Excellent WIFI fast down/upload speeds perfect for DNs! Washing Machine was great too. Lovely to have an oven and cooktop. Comfortable bed too. There could be a few more items in the kitchen. Mugs would be nice for tea drinkers as only espresso cups. Also a vegetable knife and cooking utensils would be helpful. Otherwise, everything worked great.

• Krasniqi (10/5): Perfect - We absolutely loved our stay at Jonis Apartment! The space was perfect for our family of four, plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the entire apartment was clean and cozy. It was the ideal spot for both resting and enjoying family time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!
• Тозик (10/5): Durres in october - Everything was great. Comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need. The sea, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We arrived in Durres late in the evening and the owner drove up without any problems, gave us the keys, showed and told us everything.💚
