• Lynette (9/5): Lovely spot to relax and enjoy this beautiful area! - Beautiful spot, great host, good communication, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the rescue goats! We had problems finding the property- as we lost internet connection. Best to use google map code to locate.

• Catherine (9/5): Excellent value for money, very friendly host and I would definitely recommend anybody to stay. - Friendly host, so accommodating. No taxi in area but Paul offered to leave and collect us from our venue that evening. Room was very cold, took some time to get to temperature.

The breakfast bits were a great add and very much enjoyed! And the goats were a great morning alarm!😂We are already planning to come back for our anniversary <3 thank you so much Paul and Caroline!

• Marie-Noëlle (8/5): Parfait pour 2 jours.Propre et bien aménagé. - Le logement est conforme à la description: 24 m2 mais tout ce qu'il faut: lit confortable, kitchinette, un fauteuil, une petite table, chauffage électrique. La salle de bain attenante est assez grande. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné car nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours. Notre hôte avait laissé de la nourriture en abondance pour le petit-déjeuner (pas de pain, mais nous en avions). L'évier en coin n 'est pas très pratique pour la vaisselle (mais elle est vite faite!). Un éclairage au-dessus serait un plus.
• Daniel (10/5): Best accommodation in Leitrim - The accommodation was gorgeous and extremely comfortable, great facilities and even welcoming goats! The owner was amazing, kind and incredibly helpful with local knowledge and insights. I will ONLY stay here on future trips to Leitrim.

I had mentioned I am a coeliac and they had lots of gluten free options for me when we arrived. Their studio is extremely comfortable and so clean and the goats are a delight to watch. • Leah (9/5): Wonderful cottage - It’s a cosy cottage owned by a nice couple who have put a lot of thought and detail to the place. It has everything you need for your stay and more. Specially if you want to disconnect. The road is dark at night, so i would recommend to arrive before.

La pulizia dell' alloggio e addirittura la disponibilità di cibi e bevande per la colazione o per spuntini durante il giorno....cosa oramai assai rara da trovare nelle case vacanze. Il luogo, immerso nel verde e nella pace della campagna Irlandese... assolutamente rigenerante. Peccato che abbia scelto questa opzione solo per l'ultimo giorno di vacanza.... non è escluso il ritorno.

• Tobbe (10/5): Perfect if you like rural accommodation - What's not to like. The hosts are lovely people, the surroundings are serene, the room is spacious and well thought out for a comfortable stay. You can really tell that the hosts are making an effort. The bed was very comfortable, the location is very quiet and undisturbed. The goats that welcome you are icing on the cake. The room is stocked with breakfast materials and the kitchen corner is fully equipped so that you can cook your own meals.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful warm welcome from Paul & the goats! Spotless, well maintained, comfortable, Netflix. Every detail was thought out & mindful.. stocked fridge with breakfast and juice etc I was not expecting the food & toiletries. That I couldn't stay another night 😂
• Pogalin (10/5): Superb stay. - The property is a pretty new one bedroom cottage. Paul, host stormed toward us when we arrived. The McCafferty's are really very friendly (we met Caroline the next morning). We talked and laughed a lot. The cottage has a private kitchenette and beautiful bathroom. It is nice, spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all facilities you need. In the morning we were greeted by the two funny goats. Our choice can't be better. We'll be back maybe to see Paul performs with his local band :)) nothing at all
• William (10/5): Lovely tranquil stay - Great communication prior to arrival and a very warm welcome from Paul on arrival. Lots of supplies in the fridge and cupboard. The tranquility was sublime. Lovely rural location with Pauls 3 goats in the field next to us. Easy access to places of interest and we enjoyed roaming the country lanes and seeing the varied landscape of Leitrim While the property is compact it had everything we needed. There was nothing to dislike
• Eilíse (10/5): You will love it! - It's an amazing little space to get away from it all. It packs a punch in terms of being the best equipped accommodation I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many. They have thought of everything and are so welcoming and generous as they had the fridge and press stocked with food. Cereals, eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, bottle of orange juice, butter, cheese etc. Everything for a hearty breakfast and more. The space to cook is small but the knives are so sharp and utensils are excellent. The bathroom. Was stocked with bits and bobs and the pillows and bed are so comfy! Paul was very helpful when showing me around and checking in if I was OK. The goats are adorable too. Nothing. I could have stayed longer
• Janet (10/5): 5 star - This was day 5 of our trip and the unit was much more superior to our previous 4 nights Paul was there to walk us through and show us how everything worked and a pleasant surprise was all the extras. Everything to make an Irish breakfast coffee tea etc. The place was spotless and the bathroom was the nicest we had seen. My wife loved the goats. Zero complaints. Would like to have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

• Elena (10/5): Tranquil stay - Very friendly and welcoming hosts, comfortable and clean apartment with all essentials included. The property is located in a quiet and picturesque location, close enough to all the places of interest, Sligo and Strandhill is only 30 minutes drive, amazing loughs nearby for fishing and a forest for hiking. We definitely would stay here again, thank you Caroline and Paul.

There's great attention to detail in everything they provide, and the couple running the place are lovely to chat to and keen to get this place right (which they are!) Kitchen facilities are fantastic for the small space they're in - you could happily stay here for a week as a base to explore and have room and facilities to do it comfortably

I would recommend it to anyone and stay again 100%.There was also Milk, water,eggs, sausages, orange juice,cereal and bread ready for us in the fridge for breakfast, which was a fantastic touch .Thanks very much to Paul and Caroline for their amazing hospitality and friendliness.

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Firstly the warmest of welcome from Paul and Caroline. A secluded location so perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. Myself and my partner booked as attended a wedding in Markree Castle that was a 20min drive away. Paul and Caroline have done a magnificent job in transforming the outhouse ruins to a lovely little haven with everything you need. An extra heater was provided if we got cold, exceptionally clean, lovely bathroom and a really comfy bed. A fridge full of food to make up a breakfast if we wanted which was a lovely treat. Every tiny detail was thought of, down to toiletries if we had forgotten our own. Lovely co-hosts in the form of 3 goats and a puppy. We were only sad we didn't book an extra night to unwind.

Hosts really try very hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. They have though of everything and had a nice selection of food in the fridge for (self made) breakfast. Wifi wasn't working but it did look like a temporary issue in fairness.

The apartment was just completed and everything is beautiful,,they even had breakfast supplies which was not expected and a lovely touch. The location is idyllic in the country with playful pet goats in the field next to it,, They recommended a bar restaurant called the Riverbank in Dromahair just two mins away which was excellent for dinner. Everything was 10 out of 10 and will be back as the stay was great value
• Stuart (9/5): A very comfortable and peaceful stay in the Leitrim countryside - This is a beautiful little apartment in an idyllic location in the Leitrim countryside. It has been recently renovated and is finished to a very high standard. The accomodation is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need and more. Nothing was too much trouble for the very nice and helpful owners. An excellent range of breakfast choices was provided (self-catered). The added bonus was the gentle bleating of the goats in the field next door as a perfect 8am alarm clock :) nothing
