Please note that the reception closes at 21:00 on Sundays and Mondays. We are located inside a Vivand pedestrian plaza which has no car access.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Tanja (4/5): Bad experience - The room was clean and the bathroom looked modern and stylish. There was construction work right in front of our window on the third floor. The hotel staff knew about this and gave us the room anyway. The next morning the staff at the reception allocated a different room to us without any apology. That room was bigger but the sink in the bathroom was blocked The next morning we told the staff and she simply said they would know about the problem. We were presented with extra costs for the room and extra costs for our dog which added up to more than 50 EUR for two nights. The hotel is situated in the pedestrian area and there is no parking. The nearest parking area is about 150 Meyers away and costs 23 EUR per day.

Guido (4/5): Intermedio - Muy buena ubicación y habitaciones. Problemas con electricidad, a las 7am saltó una térmica por el aire acondicionado (o otra cosa) y se quedaba la luz de emergencia. Están en obra en el edificio de alado y 8:30 am ya comienzan a martillar y a agujerear, no muy simpático despertarse de esa forma estando de vacaciones

Stanislav (6/5): - .ligging dichtbij centrum zeg maar 1.7 km van oude stad Andorra en veel mooi uitgaan gelegenheden. Ze had me uitgekozen kamer die kijkt naar binnen plaats zo als een schoorsteen (maar had me verteld als ik wil normaal op straat aanblik dat moet ik meer betalen als ik wil aanblik richting de bergen dan nog meer bij betalen . Begrijp ik niet die soort trucjes van organisaties. In ieder geval was binnen plaats raam die keek naar soort schoorsteen dus ja gelukkig was mooi weer dus ging ik veel wandelen om niet schoorsteen van binnen kant aan te staren.

Íbamos con nuestro perro y tuvieron un pequeño regalo de bienvenida para el. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la ubicación es excelente. La única pega que le podemos poner al alojamiento es que durante nuestra estancia sonó dos veces la alarma contra incendios sin existir incendio alguno. La segunda ocasión fue en torno a las 22h por lo que esto sí que supuso un trago desagradable.
