L’appartamento è su misura per due persone, con il giardino in condivisione vivibile. L’host gentile per nulla invadente, ci ha fatto trovare delle cialde per il caffè e una bottiglia di benvenuto in frigo che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Migliorerei il recupero delle chiavi, per via del civico
• Giorgia (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Lanzarote e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era molto pulita, ben attrezzata e conforme alla descrizione. La posizione è perfetta per visitare l’isola e nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, supermercati e spiagge. L’host è stato disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliatissimo!
• Gerard (5/5): Lamentable - Bien equipado. Solo de llegar a la apartamento nos encontramos la mesa y la cocina llena de cucarachas, contacte con la dueña para que solución habia, su solución fue dejar insectisida en polvo delante del apartamento, cosa que eso suponia que lo tenia de solucinar yo y limpiarlo yo tambien. La dueña no se precupo en ningun momento por si todo iba bien. No disfrutamos nada de la estancia.
• Miriam (5/5): - La ubicación era muy buena Estaba todo lleno de hormigas por todos lados no podías dejar comida porque cuando llegabas estaba minado de hormigas, en la habitación habia cucarachas muertas de no a ver limpiando mucho por esa zona. En el anuncio no especifican que es una casa "compartida" con los dueños, tienes el mismo jardín que ellos y entras por la cochera nada de puerta privada no tienes nada de privacidad
• Carlos (6/5): - Muy buena ubicación y fácil aparcamiento. Vecindario muy tranquilo. Ventilador muy útil en la habitación. En la cocina te dejan café, tés, y otras especias que vienen muy bien, además de una botella de agua y vino de bienvenida. La terraza es compartida con la casa de al lado. Había una hilera de hormigas en una de las paredes de la cocina que no sabemos muy bien de dónde salen. Cuando llegamos había una cucaracha muerta en la habitación. Solo te dejan una bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel higiénico.
• Meena (8/5): Bright, clean and a good location - I stayed for 12 days. The place was bright with plenty of natural light, and very clean. Bedding and towels were some of the best I've had during my 7 weeks in the Canary Islands. And a big thank you to the owner for all the teabags! It's located on a quiet residential road, about 20 mins walk from the town, beaches and bus station. There's also an Aldi about 13 mins walk for supplies. I booked it for the 'private garden', which sadly wasn't private, so I was somewhat disappointed. The apartment is in the owners garden, and although I didn't see them that often, I'm a very private person, so found it awkward to use the garden as much as I would have liked. The smaller gate in the photo, next to the double gate, is used by the family as it is their main entrance /exit from the house. If they put up a screen, that would be better. Otherwise, my stay was great and the family were very nice and friendly.

• Camy (8/5): Very good - Tiny comfy studio, quiet. Very helpful landlord, she even gave us beach towels, sun protection cream, shower gel, shampoo, cooking oil. Far from any shops or beaches. 30min walking distance. A oven will be very helpful to cook a frozen pizza but it was missing. A bigger wardrobe will be good.
