Guest Reviews
- ADRIAN MARIUS (8/5): - The owner is a very special guy with a big heart and a great desire to help. Even he do not speaks english, we understand very well due to translation application he use. Saluti! An elevator would be good.
- Gintaras (6/5): Staying in la Spezia - The owner was very helpful and friendly. They make room ready as soon as possible as we came in early morning. The owner also asked us if we needed to be picked up at the station, also he gave us recommendations and directions. Train station and city centre is in walkable distance, also bus stop is very close to apartment. The property was not so clean. Also there is no place to dry shoes and clothes as we were there during the rain. Also linen and pillows could be cleaner.
- Gilcreest (9/5): Happy with stay in La Speiza - We were very happy with our stay in la Speiza, the apartment was very comfortable and suitable to our needs, it was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable, It also had a wonderful authentic Italian feel about it which added to our experience!. The bus stop was just outside our door which was very convienienient for reaching the centre or train station. However, it is worth noticing that the busses stopped at around 8pm, but this didn't bother us as we enjoyed the 15 min walk back from town centre/train station if after 8pm and it felt very safe!
The location was also excellent for visiting the Cinque Terre.
There was an good pizza restaurant underneath the apartment which we were pleased to avail of on our first night!
Our host Fabrizio was a delight to meet and a wonderful example of Italian hospitality, he was super helpful and informative and texted immediately if we needed to contact him. he even picked us up from train station and we could check in a bit earlier - which was great. Thank you Fabrizo 😀
Would definitely book again.
