• Daniela (8/5): Quasi tutto perfetto,l host gentilissimo sempre disponibile - La posizione è ottima,una zona pedonale molto ricca di ristoranti e mezzi pubblici vicinissimi,nella struttura macchina del tè e caffè e tutto il necessario per cucinare,cuscini ottimi Purtroppo non so se è stata una coincidenza ma non abbiamo potuto tenere le finestre aperte perché il rumore dei servizi di pulizia dell isola pedonale sono stati veramente insopportabili tutta la notte,suggerisco aria condizionata al salone potrebbe risolvere il problema per godere di un buon soggiorno

Notre hôte s'est montré très patient et m'a guidée pour l'enregistrement en ligne. Merci Le lit dans la pièce principale est bruyant (on entend les ressorts), à améliorer sans doute. Un micro-ondes pourrait être utile. Un questionnement tout de même : que se passe-t-il si on a un problème de téléphone puisque le verrouillage de la porte se fait par ce biais ?

Bucătăria înzestrată cu tot necesarul pentru a găti mic dejun copiilor. Recomand cu încredere. Un mic dezavantaj ar fi geamul ce transmite cam toate sunetele de afară.

• Shanaka (3/5): VIKEY Web-based automated door lock system did not work - The apartment is extremely small which could be considered a studio apartment. The bedroom is at the entrance with a hot water geyser above the bedhead which switches on and off during the night. The kitchenette and lounge area are comfortable and overlooks a beautiful church. This place is suitable for no more than two people. The Duomo de Milano (Milan Cathedral) and Via Monte Napoleone area is a 25 minute walk. A day before we arrived we received instructions on the automated door opening system using Vikey.com system. The system is not user-friendly and tends to fail on many occasions. We could not close the apartment door as the Vikey.com system was malfunctioning. We were stuck in the apartment until the owner answered our calls after several attempts. As the locking system could not be operated, we had to leave the apartment unlocked for several hours. The property owner managed to get a repairman to change the lock to a manual key lock. When properties are using "web-based automated door lock systems", it is imperative that information is disclosed at the time of booking. As a customer, we only get notified the day before on the use of an automated locking system at which point cancellation is not possible. The web-based automated door lock technology is yet at an infancy stage and not fail-proof, especially when installed in older properties. In addition, it is assumed that the customer has international data roaming when visiting from overseas. Booking.com has a responsibility to include in the description that the property is using a web-based automated door lock system at which point customers have a choice to book or not, and are pre-warned of the risk of malfunction and lock complication at the start of their holiday. Unfortunately, we lost most our first day in Milan as a result of the faulty Vikey automated locking system at this property.

Cozinha também bastante bem equipada. Vista muito bonita e localização numa zona tranquila mas próxima da zona central. Alguma dificuldade para completar o check-in online mas que foi prontamente solucionada pelo proprietário

Tudo por mensagem e não foram capazes de atender uma chamada pois tínhamos às mochilas no quarto e às 10h (hora check out) em ponto estavamos no apartamento para tirarmos as mochilas e para nosso espanto a porta ja estava bloqueada. Pedimos auxílio à porteira que ligou para a proprietária/o e também não atendeu. Por fim respondeu e desbloqueou a porta. Nem foi capaz de pedir desculpa. Decepcionado.

• Ann (8/5): Aside from the faff to enter and leave it was very good. - The location for this property was excellent. It too had all the facilities necessary. The accommodation was a little cramped for 3 people and it was a bit stuffy. However, we understand that when you are in a major city accommodation will be smaller. Getting into the property was a faff. It needed a smartphone link to get into the grounds. Then, once that was done, the link was needed again to turn the handle 3 times one way and on going out the link was needed again and the handle turned 3 times the other way. A key is much easier. If your phone is stolen or runs out of battery it leaves you stranded,

• Felicia (9/5): A price worthy, centrally located apartment in the heart of Milano. - Very comfortable. Centrally located. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through Milano, but we could easily stay again. The Nespresso was appreciated. Easy self check-in.

• Joanne (10/5): Perfect apartment in a convenient locatoon - Perfect location in lively Brera within easy walking distance cf the duomo, metro and train stations to malpensa. Lots of really nice places to eat and shop nearby. Well furnished kitchen with coffee machine. And super helpful host who helped with storing our bags. 12 noon check in also a bonus after our early flight. Tip is make sure you have enough charge on your phone to operate the door locks.

• Verlin (9/5): Clean, modern, comfortable. - This property is clean, modern and located in a great area. The building is nice and there is a lift. There’s plenty of food options and a great parking garage within a 3 minute walk. While it fit our family of four, the layout of the apartment was tight. There were glass doors to separate rooms which wasn’t great for noise or light separation for sleeping.
• Maritini (10/5): Comfortable and clean apartment in the perfect location, super friendly host - The property was very comfortable to live in and super clean. Suitable for 4 people since the sofa has a sofa bed. The host was super friendly with us gave us directions and instructions on how to get in the property and on our departure they gave us a storage room to keep our luggage in order to be more comfortable while exploring the city. We really appreciated their help and kindness. The location of the apartment is perfect, it is surrounded by 2 metro lines on different sides. There is nothing we did not like about the property

• Kamila (8/5): Very good - A nice apartment, well equipped, everything is new and clean. Very good location to see Milan on foot. Smooth check-in. The mattress on the sofa is thin and uncomfortable. Normally when a property on Booking offers parking, it means a private parking on the property. In Milan many properties offer parking, meaning paid public parking in the street or private garage nearby. This is a bit confusing and makes it impossible to find a property which actually has parking.
