- Aleksandr (10/5): милый отель, рядом есть и магазины и кафе и классная столовая - дороговато, но мы искали уже ночью в день заезда, выбирать было особо не из чего, базовый отель куда мы ехали снял нашу бронь((( а тут нас приютили в в 1 ночи. Номер приятный, завтрак хороший в номере в душе ручка душевой изнутри отваливалась но видимо не давно сломалось еще не успели починить
- Ekaterina (3/5): - На двуспальной кровати одно односпальное одеяло - просила большое, но принесли такое же без пододеяльника, мол сами заправите. За несколько часов до приезда попросила проверить тв на предмет того, все ли работает как надо. Заселилась - нетфликс на китайском. Так и не получилось сменить язык. Спустилась в 8:45 заказать завтрак в номер, обещали принести в 9:30. Я трижды уточнила этот вопрос, ресепшен уверил, что никаких проблем, завтрак принесут . Еды не было ни в 9:30, 40, 50. Написала им - ответили: извините, официанта нет, у нас ошибка, не принесем. Я бы за этот час позавтракала уже. Обслуживание номеров - не самая сложная работа в мире, жаль, что вы с ней не справляетесь на базовом уровне. Насколько я вежлива и лояльна, но это ни в какие ворота. Сутки стоили 80$

- Iroda (4/5): Сначала было не очень плохо но ночью у терраса была пожар мы были в ужасах - Очень приятно и интерьеры Ванной комнате ужасно пахнет и завтрак не шведский стол еще долго ждать пока они сами приготовить и по очередям еще горничные высокомерные и плохо общаются с гостями 🙁

Am zweiten Morgen musste ich 25 Min auf meine Tasse Kaffee warten und dann nicht bekommen. Sie haben nur eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Ärgerlich. Essen war kalt. Für den Pries ist nicht akzeptabel.
