• Eleni (1/5): ΑΘΛΙΟ - ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!!! Μείναμε απόλυτα δυσαρεστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και σε απαράδεκτη κατάσταση καθαριότητας. Γενικά, η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους ήταν ανεπαρκής. Το πρωί ο χώρος του πρωινού ήταν βρώμικος και κακοσυντηρημένος. Το πρωινό ήταν απογοητευτικό έως ανύπαρκτο. Παρόλο που οι ώρες ήταν 07:00–10:00, στις 08:00 που πήγαμε δεν υπήρχε σχεδόν τίποτα διαθέσιμο. Ελλείψεις παντού, χωρίς αναπλήρωση και χωρίς καμία οργάνωση. Επιπλέον, η ηχομόνωση ήταν ανύπαρκτη — ακούγαμε τα πάντα, καθιστώντας αδύνατη την ξεκούραση. Σε σχέση με την τιμή, η εμπειρία ήταν εντελώς απογοητευτική. Τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε καμία περίπτωση σε αυτό που προσφέρεται. .

• Esmee (8/5): Heel goed - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet. Ook de kamer was van prima formaat. We keken uit op een vervallen pand en het was erg lawaaierig op de gang. Dat vonden wij jammer, maar dat mocht het bezoek niet bederven.

• Emmanouil Saridis (8/5): Μια όμορφη πρωτοχρονιά τριών ημερών στην Καλαμπάκα! - Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο παλαιού τύπου, αλλά καλοδιατηρημένο! Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και μεγάλο. Καλό πρωινό (θα μπορούσε να ήταν και καλύτερο), αλλά υπήρχε αρκετή ποικιλία! Πολύ όμορφο σαλόνι στην υποδοχή με τζάκι! Γενικά μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι και με το ξενοδοχείο και με το μέρος! Το ζεστό νερό αργούσε λίγο να ανέβει στον δεύτερο και τελευταίο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου.

Porquería en toda la ducha, todo corroído. Muebles machacados. Colchón con solera. Suciedad en las mesillas , prefiero no pensar lo que era...El ascensor es un peligro, sin puerta de seguridad puedes tocar las paredesoxido.Terraza sin sillas que da a un edificio en ruinas, la barandilla de madera podrida, le faltaba un madero. Las autoridades locales deberían cerrar el establecimiento que no cumple con las mínimas normas de seguridad y salubridad (Ni plano de evacuación en caso de incendios, ni extintores, ni puertas contra incendios).

Το μοναδικό που δεν μας άρεσε ότι στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε θέμα με τα υδραυλικά στο μπάνιο. Αλλά το προσωπικό αμέσως μας πρότεινε να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο.

• Mihas (7/5): Ideal for one night - The property is close to the town centre but you would need a car to drive in or expect a walk of about 20 mins. The staff was incredibly friendly. Irene was such a joy and a delight I have to be honest and I hate writing this becuase the staff were so helpful and kind but the room was outdated (compared to what I’m normally used to staying in) and had some updated beds which were comfortable but the rest of the room needs updating especially the bathroom that didn’t have a working lock. At night there was a loud mechanical noise I’m guessing from the elevator??? And it went in all night. Also there is no noise insulation at all and we could hear the activities from upstairs. It was not a place I would come back to unfortunately

Ev If i had to pick one thing it would be the following: It has nothing to do with the hotel, or the staff (you can't pick your neighbors :). the room was very warm, (someone might like it this way) and my preference is to sleep in a somewhat cooler room. I had to sleep with the door from the balcony slightly opened to let some cool air, which in turn caused noise from the neighboring house's dogs which were barking continuously in the night and in the morning.

The owner doesn’t respect the money that spend a t - The guy at the front desk that works in the morning shift as well as the blonde lady at breakfast were super polite and helpful! The hotel is not a 4-star hotel as it is totaly dirty. In my opinion, the owner doesn’t know how to run a hotel or how to train the staff or maybe she/he doesn’t care to provide the most important thing, a clean property with clean rooms. In the room, we found dried stains on the table and on the bedside tables. Also, the bedsheets were not ironed and laid properly and also we found some hair on the top. The towels were not ironed and it had blood stains from the previous customers. Finally, the floor was not stewed and mopped at all. The breakfast had many choices but nothing so special and tasteful with low quality. I will never stay there again.
