• Marina (9/5): Un posto bello e accogliente - L'appartamento è molto bello, ristrutturato di recente silenzioso, si affaccia su bei giardini. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. L'unica cosa negativa è la difficoltà di trovare dove parcheggiare di sabato. Ci è risulato impossibile, anche nelle strisce blu.
• Ilaria (8/5): - Tutto super pulito .. l’appartamento è super accessoriato.. disponibilissima la proprietaria 😀 Il primo giorno c’era molto freddo nell’appartamento e non siamo riusciti a modificare la temperatura del riscaldamento .. ma la ragazza è venuta il giorno dopo e ha sistemato tutto .. poi siamo stati benissimo

• Magdalena (10/5): - Great apartment, exactly as in the photos. It had everything we needed. The location was good - close to the tourist attractions and not far from the beaches. Good communication with the very nice owner. We'll happily stay there again on our next trip to Livorno :)

• Justine (8/5): Very good location, a manual on how to use that facilities would be helpful. - Very spacious and modern. Excellent location. We struggled to work the electronic thermostat, so it was very cold. I feel a manual would have been helpful as we also couldn't get the electric oven to work, so had to eat out for breakfast.

• Priscilla (4/5): I - Location is very central and very close to very good restaurants. Air-conditioning only in one room. It was not explicitly stated. When you say an apartment has air-conditioning, it should be stated that it's only in one room -- if that's the case. If not, one would expect air-conditioning to be in the whole apartment. It was massively hot when we were there in August and I'm heavily pregnant. I ended up booking another hotel room because the apartment was too hot for me.

• Anna (7/5): Next to center for a good value - Flat is really spacious, but little tired, one of the bathrooms is really old and needs some painting. Generally in a quiet location but one of the bedroom looks to very noisy street even in the night. There is dish washer machine which is really helpful. Walking distance to center 7-10 min Little tired apartment, needs some prove of bathroom. Difficult to find parking place next to house
• Vimukthi (8/5): Good - We like the air conditioning in the house and was clean. It Was very hard to find parking and the it was not disclosed that this was on the second floor with no lift snd only stairs. Was very hard lifting the baggage and getting to the apartment.
