- Nduda (4/5): Customer service poorly done. Contact number given 😭 - The location is great. Access to food stores good. Access to transport great. However customer service poorly done. First of all this guys give me a number to call and I call this number nobody picks up, I immediately sms the number, I get a reply that he don't rent apartment for hire. It's a wrong number. We were all assisted by a total stranger, who was checking out and we dared asked him if he knows Hubert and was like yeah am actually checking out from their apartments. Am like Gaddamit , please help us with their number. I call the number that the time they get to me. Like honesty who does that, had paid for a whole amount ^ €750 for 7 nights and this is the treatment I get, I couldn't believe. Us guys outside in the cold In the morning after a 21 hour long flight daamn. At some point we thought this guys have conned us our money, we had the payment details but no f****ing room number. The number given at booking.com app, they are saying they don't rent apartment. And the guys are not picking our calls, and gosh it was terrible. The customer care bit of the apartment needs to up the game. Apartments number 25 , named Ali and Karimi, daamn you scared us. Felt like Our money almost got lost, but thank God a stranger helped us to get the right Tel number. If that number you have given at booking.com is not yours , kindly remove it. It confusing customers.

- Olabode (8/5): It's great 👌 - It's closer to both bus stop and train station: Halensee. At first instance, the building look too quiet as if, l was the only one in the building. Later, l started seeing other occupants.

- Cyrus (10/5): very nice staff cheap price and very nice flat - it was very close to transportation system. the home itself was pretty clean and bright.
- Petr (3/5): Poor - it is an old apartment, it has not been in good condition for a long time. The house is a mess and the elevator is not working. There is a kitchenette in the apartment, but it is almost useless, the bathroom is old and mouldy. The TV basically doesn't work, the windows face a busy intersection, so they can't be opened at night. Never again for me

The apartment had damaged door lock, hence my entire family has been locked inside, without any exit options in case of fire etc. The owner didn’t collaborate properly and on the timely manner to solve the locked door issue. I had to enter the apartment through small kitchen window! Not safe place at all.

- Axl (7/5): Good - The room is nice because you can sleep together and it's very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the fridge is spacious as well, the balcony was really nice and the sound isolation is incredible as it's next to a highway but appart from some sirenes you here absolutely nothing. The apartment is very run down and has some mold stains here and there. The cutlerry also wasn't clean when we arrived and ther are some stains on the blankets.
