• Kathryn (10/5): Will book again the next time we go to Florence! - This was an amazing place to stay, the location was perfect and great food steps away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and lots of room. There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Though if you’re coming from the train station and you have bags, instead of walking through the busy streets, I would hope on the tram which drops you off a couple blocks away.

• Stuart (9/5): Amazing thank you - Amazing location and facilities - v cozy as described and excellent condition - v comfortable bed A couple of sockets were v old and had to get a special adaptor but thats a very very minor issue!

• Sara (6/5): Great location but adjustments needed - The location is amazing, the Duomo is just few steps away and personnel is very nice. Adjustments needed for a place with this price. No hot water, hair dryer was there but can not be used bc the adapter doesn't work - I used the one of the kitchen, where would be nice to find some coffee, tea. It is difficult to sleep as there is practically no blinder.
• Gl (10/5): We had more than expected great stay - Apartment is great for family stay.On a central location,few steps from main square. Nearby restaurants,shops and market.Fully equiped kitchen.Entrance is safe and achiavable.Apartment atmposphere is great.Internet fast.
• Anne (8/5): Location! Location! Location! - Walk out your front door and see the duomo! Location is 10/10. One the first floor, so only one small flight of stairs (uncommon for Europe) The space was missing a couple things like hair dryer and laundry drying rack (the one outside was broken).
• Darius (7/5): Great location, steps from Duomo and Accademia - Fantastic location steps away from The Duomo Plaza and The Accademia Museum(David), with a local grocery store nearby. Beautifully renovated old apartment with modern conveniences and lots of character. The A/C didn't work; we had to sleep with the windows open

• Lily (6/5): A good promising place but needs some attention - Very clean and pleasant. Very well located. Comfy bed. Lots of clothes hangers. It is quite a nice building. Not very well equipped. There was a washer but not detergent. No ironing board or iron. No basics for kitchen. No bin or bin bags. The shower did not drain well so that the water could not run for more than 2 mins before I had to shut it off. These are all minor things but created inconvenience. On my last day, the property lost power. WiFi went down. No light. No way to light the hob. I wrote to let them know as soon as I could get back online and no acknowledgement.
