• Vladislav Vinkler (4/5): Нет интернета, плохой напор воды - Квартира сама по себе просторная и могла бы быть хорошим вариантом для проживания, если бы не ряд существенных минусов. Во-первых, напор воды крайне слабый, помыться было очень сложно. Чтобы настроить горячую воду, приходилось постоянно регулировать котёл, и это превращалось в настоящее испытание. Во-вторых, интернет отсутствовал. Хозяин объяснил это обрывом проводов, но, судя по отзывам, интернета там не бывает вообще. Это доставило неудобства, так как наличие связи было важно. Я уточняла на следующий день появился ли интернет, но ответил был негативным. Вечером мы увидели на двери бутылку вина, как "компенсацию", но это никак не решило проблему с отсутствием связи. Отдыхали группой и половина из нас не пьют. Кроме того, в квартире только тюль на окнах, без штор. Уже в 7–8 утра в комнату попадал яркий свет, из-за чего спать было некомфортно. Не было туалетной бумаги — только начатый рулон, причём в сомнительном состоянии, что оставило неприятное впечатление. Ключи от квартиры нам выдавал ребёнок. Ситуация выглядела не совсем надёжно и комфортно, так как в случае вопросов или проблем вряд ли можно было бы что-то оперативно решить. В целом, квартира могла бы быть хорошей, но указанные недостатки сильно испортили впечатление от проживания.
• Dariusz (8/5): - Bardzo dobry i sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja. Ciężko trafić do miejsca przeznaczenia. Kłopoty z ciepła woda, ale myślę, iż ma to związek z bardzo krótkim czasem pobytu (jedna noc) i nie zapoznanie się z zasadami obsługi bojlera grzewczego.
• Elitsa (9/5): - The apartment is clean and comfortable. The stuff is friendly. Free public parking ( a lot of free slots). There is a supermarket two minutes away. The surrounding buildings and the entrance are in bed condition, not maintained at all. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor.

• Bratskos (5/5): Passable - It was truly comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was quite weird as the place is quite undeveloped. The tap in the bathroom had no pressure and consistent hot water flow. No Internet.
• Artashes. (8/5): Not bad to stay for one night - It was quiet. It was clean generally, but not sure if blanket and other things were clean.
• David (7/5): Good - The apartment is very well equipped and quiet. It is very spacious and comfortable Unfortunately the WiFi is not working at the moment. The owner gave us a mobile router, which didn't really work either. The temperature of the water jumped from hot to cold so it was difficult to shower properly.
• Inge (6/5): Pleasant - – The apartment itself, unlike its surroundings, is pleasant. – The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is a fridge, a microwave, the cupboards are full of all sorts of cups, plates, and glasses, and the drawers offer all necessary cutlery and cooking utensils. There is both a French press and an Armenian coffee pot. – The bedroom is really cozy and offers some nice ambient light options: a little night table lamp and a small lamp over a painting. – The host is very responsive and the communication was always smooth. His son, who was there both for the check-in and check-out, was always on time, and although he did not speak English, he was very friendly. – Although the description said there was Wi-Fi in the flat, upon arrival we discovered that wasn't the case. After complaining to the host, we were quickly provided with a portable SIM card router, which worked well for the first day but stopped on the second (maybe we ran out of data?). – The area is surely not for everyone. Although we consider ourselves adventurous and low-maintenance travelers, we were quite taken aback by the condition of the staircase and the building. – Some of the items in the flat were a bit dirty and used, like the slippers. We were not sure if they were meant for us or if someone just forgot them there. I think it would be better not to provide slippers at all or to offer plastic ones, which are more hygienic since they can be washed.
• Biljana (8/5): Good value for the money - The apartment is not looked like the neighbourhood. Very pleasant place to stay although the building is not promising from the outside.
