It truly felt like staying in a high-end luxury hotel, but with the warmth of a home. It was the perfect space for our family. A special thank you to our host, Vasilis, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and hospitality are unmatched. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The beautiful view, the comfortable beds, the thick towels, the modern and inviting decor, the kindness of the host, the special treats and foods provided, the drinks in the fridge, and so much more. This is the best holiday rental!!! The property was fantastic! We hated to leave!
• Michael-Job (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung für Pylos - Was für eine unglaublich tolle Unterkunft im schönen Pylos. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und jedes hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alles war super sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft sogar gefüllt, sodass wir einen kühlen Wein auf der wunderschönen Terrasse genießen konnten. Auch für ein Frühstück stand alles bereit. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten unten in der Stadt und kann zahlreiche Restaurants besuchen. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Hinter der Burg kann man den schönsten Sonnenuntergang genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und vielen Dank an die beiden tollen Gastgeber!
• Samantha (10/5): Lovely apartment with exceptional view and kind owners - This was the best property we've ever stayed at. The views were exceptional, the apartment was spacious, well decorated, and well stocked. The owner and his sister were very friendly and helpful. And the location was great (we didn't mind walking up the hill to it after dinner). I, personally, did not like all the candles and incense sticks but that's because I'm very sensitive to smells. We were able to set these outside for our stay so it wasn't an issue.
• Hannah (10/5): Perfect! - This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, had the most spectacular views and the hosts were so welcoming and generous, they went above and beyond in every way. The fridge and pantry were stocked better than anywhere we have ever stayed. The home has been beautifully renovated and was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. We were there in the heat of summer and the air conditioning was very effective. It is up the top of the hill above the town which is a hot and steep walk in summer but worth it for the views. We love Pilos and would not stay anywhere else when we return.

• Yanna (10/5): Exceptional stay in beautiful Pylos - Exceptionally decorated and set-up for a luxurious stay. Relaxing with beautiful views. Loved the breakfast bar and lounge. The sort of apartment you can happily stay in all weather conditions. Wifi was a little slow at times otherwise the property is perfect!
• Moran (10/5): מומלץ בחום! דירה מהממת עם נוף מדהים ומארחים אדיבים. - דירה מדהימה!! עם נוף מהמם! מתאימה למשפחה, מאובזרת מאוד, היה שם ממש הכל, מעבר למה שהייתם מצפים. קיבל אותנו ואסילי, שהיה מאוד נחמד, נתן לנו מפתח והסביר על הדירה קצת. במהלך החופשה פגשנו גם את המשפחה שלו שהיו מאוד אדיבים ועזרו לנו איפה שהיינו צריכים. ממש נהנינו מהדירה ומהאירוח, אם נהיה שוב באזור בוודאות נחזור לשם. ממליצה בחום!! הדירה נמצאת יחסית במעלה פילוס ככה שאם יש קושי להתנייד ברגל בעליות וירידות זה יכול להיות שיקול. לנו ספציפית כמשפחה עם 3 ילדים (9,6,2) הסתדרנו אבל למי שיש בעיית נגישות ואין רכב זה יכול להיות קושי.
• Thomas (10/5): Thea exceeded all our expectations. - The apartment was comfortable, modern, clean, very well equipped, and had a fantastic view over the town of Pylos and the Pylos harbor. The host, Vasilis, was very helpful and prompt. He greeted us on arrival and insisted on helping us move our luggage, including heavy golf bags, into the unit. He had stocked the fridge with beer, wine, fruit, sandwich makings, and snacks. We golfed eight times at the four lovely Costa Navarino courses, and this was a perfect location for easy access. Nothing. We had a wonderful time.
• Christopher (10/5): - Fantastic stay in a beautiful modern apartment. The host was outstanding, very good communication and provided more than the basic amenities. For a family of 4, we all had a bedroom and bathroom each, large family room, dining and kitchen facilities and big balcony with the most beautiful view of Pylos! Would highly recommend this to anyone, thank you to Vasili and family for the stay! N/A

Access to the apartment is via a long winding road, which finishes with a steep climb. But accessible by foot from centre of Pylos in 10 minutes

• Maria (10/5): The hosts were great and very accommodating. - The house was very spacious and clean. It had the best sunset from the balcony. A bit hard to navigate in the neighbourhood, but that wasn’t a big problem.

• simmons (10/5): A gorgeous appartment, beautifully furnished with a view you don't want to leave! - A gorgeous, newly renovated apartment, beautifully furnished and equipped with a thought for everything. The owners are friendly and kind. Dealing with them was a pleasure. I could live there!! Three lovely bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, a huge balcony with a view to die for!! The fridge was stocked with provisions to get us started. I loved it!! Didn't want to leave! The town is well located to explore the area and has some nice restaurants. Close by (by car) there are some fabulous beaches and lovely towns and villages. It was fabulous!! I want to live there!!
• Aliki (10/5): Exquisite home with breathtaking view! - I simply cannot rave about this property enough! It has one of the most spectacular views of Pylos that I have ever seen, including more than 180° of sea and mountains that just takes your breath away! The home is absolutely gorgeous. It is modern it is clean. It is spacious and it included so many amenities! The towels were just fluffy and smelled amazing in the fridge was stocked with many goodies. There are products in the shower products under the sink products and all the bathrooms. Much of what a family needs to have a comfortable stay in a peaceful environment with a gorgeous view.! The owners represent the best of Greek hospitality. You will love your stay at this property and we want to go back again and again! We are so looking forward to booking it again next year when we return to Greece. There is absolutely nothing to say that would be critical or negative about this property.

This is a beautiful property built out in the last 8 months with clean stylish furnishings, plenty of space, sleek accommodations and a great team behind the operation. I can’t wait to make a return to this property. I stayed at Thea instead for a golf trip to Costa Navarino and it was the perfect choice. I can’t say enough about Thea and the just Vasili. 5 star in every respect. Everything was great. I am so lucky to have found this spot. There is nothing not to like. The space was absolutely beautiful. It was like staying at a 5 star resort. With the amenities of a home.

The host Vasili was very polite and accommodating. Had everything that we could possibly need! Food in the fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee, etc. Nothing! Everything was perfect

• Pauline (10/5): Best property we have stayed in , very clean, lots of space, great hosts and views! - Thea had beautiful views of Pylos and the beach and was an easy walk down the hill to the shops. We are a family of five and there was lots of space . The three bathrooms and three bedrooms were perfect for our three teenagers! The hosts were lovely, the house was stocked with water and other necessities and we were delivered a delicious home made cake. The house was extremely clean with a beautiful big deck overlooking the town and harbour. There is also parking directly in front of the house which is a massive bonus. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Pylos . everything was great
