- Edgar Joel (10/5): -
- Christian (10/5): - everything Nothing
- Geraldine (5/5): It was ok - It was very clean and not far from town or lake. The ac was awful it was hot in the room all night and a note on ac said not to go over 8. So it never kicked on all night.
- Andrew (10/5): -
- CHARLES (10/5): -
- Miranda (7/5): overall decent stay for the money. - nicely set up and arranged. bed was comfy, and shower was good. easy check in with text communication. lots of traffic noise if you stay on the front side, assuming the back side would probably be a little better. walls are a little thin so as long as you have quiet neighbors you are good
- Robert Bruce (9/5): - Good quiet location. I like being able to go directly to the room from the outside. Ice machine did not look clean.
- Valdez (10/5): - It was close to a lot of fun places and pretty clean
- Courtney (10/5): -
- Bennie (6/5): - Great location. Quiet. Room was cold. Heating unit wouldn’t stay on long enough to heat room properly.
- Carlos (10/5): -
- Trina (9/5): We were in Branson to visit Silver Dollar City for Christmas, so the Mandaly was in a perfect locati - No breakfast, but close to at least two excellent breakfast restaurants. This iis a MINOR complaint, but there was no Kleenex available in the room. For me, and I realize this is TOTALLY personal preference, the bed was too soft.
- Siobhan (5/5): -
- Tofteland (9/5): - Comfortable bed
Nice kitchenette: sink and refrigerator
Quiet
Quick response
Close proximity to SDC HI My husband is tall, so would have appreciated a larger table and chairs
- Timothy (7/5): - We thought we were getting a queen bed and it was not that is our main complaint the bed was to small
- Donis (8/5): Nice - Location Size
- Linda (10/5): - Excellent location Never saw any employee on the property
- Michelle (10/5): - Very clean, comfortable, Quiet and the location was perfect.
- Gregory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monte (5/5): Passable -
- Liles (7/5): Fair - Thought pet friendly but not had to 100.00 extra. Said covered in dog hair which was impossible
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Comfortable room Needs a bedside lamp
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patty (2/5): Very poor - Location Was not what I was expecting. I thought I was online ordering our room directly with Mandelay, nowhere did it ask how many beds, I expected 2 beds like the online picture shows. After booking, I'm relayed to booking.com!! I never, ever use 3rd parties to book anything like this! And no refunds! We got 1 little queen bed in the tiniest room I've ever seen for a motel room! My husband is 300 lbs, and we hardly got any sleep on that tiny way too soft bed! And it creaked and rattled every time we turned over. There was a nice young man who brought us extra pillows. Have never seen a motel with no office on location. Having to do everything by text or online. Never again!
- Noah (10/5): Will stay here again - Great price and the room was perfect Wouldn’t change a thing
- Juanita (8/5): Nice location very clean, serviced basic needs. - We was expecting a queen size bed and i am pretty sure we got a full size which was fine just small...the room served your basic needs nothing extra....
- Dawnita (7/5): Inexpensive, spotless stay - It was very clean. The coffee and shower supplies were nice. The bed was soft and piillows were nice. The refrigerator was larger than normal for a hotel/motel. It had a microwave. The room was set up nicely. No carpet was a plus for me. The ceilings are short in the lower level units. The entry ways are around 6' aprox. The person with me is 6'4" and he could not stand up under the doorway or entry way. This wasn't an issue for me, because I am much shorter. I just think this is something to note, for taller people.
The bed rolled when you sat down. Not a huge issue, just different. There was no chair to sit in, which I really think would add to the room.
Needs more pillows. The pillows were great, but 2 more would be more comfortable.
- Rick (8/5): Very good - there was not alot of traffic and it was quiet a little expensive for what it was room was small.
- Sue (7/5): Good - One story, good location quiet, refrigerator freezer microwave Old furniture from second hand stores, bed seemed like a full instead of queen (maybe I’m wrong) bathtub had a hard time draining and there
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (8/5): Last minute booking, you get what you pay for. - Close and convenient to Silver Dollar City and Billy Gail’s. There was not a table or chairs in the room. Only the bed to sit on and two very narrow side tables, one on each side of the bed.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -

- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Whitcomb (3/5): Good locations, poor temperature conditions. - It was cute, cozy, and clean. Perfectly close to where I needed to be. The room’s A/C was turned off when I got there and it was extremely warm in the room. After leaving it running on high for 2 hours, it was still hot. The location is a no contact/by phone location and when I mentioned it last night, they still haven’t responded to my message about how miserable it was.
- Tabby (7/5): Good -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (10/5): Nice place to stay - Easy to get to and very close to Silver Dollar City. Very clean room with a little kitchen area.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Davin (9/5): Superb -
- Alderete-raygoza (4/5): Disappointing - Contactless check in The room was smaller than the photos shown
- Thomas (8/5): Will stay as often as I need to! - Clean , Comfortable and a great value! Nothing!
- Vernon (10/5): Niaffordable place to stay that I wish I could find evewhere - I really liked how the room was neat and clean and had everything I needed from microwave to refrigerator to nice size HD TV.
Honestly I didn't care for Branson at all and all the rides were closed at Silver Dollar City but the hotel was the best thing about this getaway.
Without the great accommodations the entire trip was a bust Silver Dollar City actually being operational while there but this has nothing to do with the motel so no I can't think of anything other than maybe a few more plug outlets on the walls.
- Denise (9/5): Superb -
- Baylea (8/5): Besides house keeping never showing up , everything else was nice! - Location!! House keeping never came to bring towels or clean up
- Mrs (10/5): Great Room for a fantastic price - We had booked 3 rooms, when we got there 1 of the rooms was very far away from the others, this was my 72 year old moms room and I really didn't like her being so far from the group. I spoke with Nicole from Mandalay and she switched her rooms to the one right next mine. We love the Mandalay and have made it our choice place to stay from now on when we are in Branson. There isn't anything to say here. We were very happy with our stay.
- Amber (7/5): Cozy, but tiny - The property itself was clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are super small, I felt very confined especially in the bathroom. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than they are.
- Sarah (8/5): I would stay again for the cleanliness. - Very clean. Was able to check in virtually, no need to go to a check-in location. That was great since we could come in as late as we needed to. The ceiling was very short, but it was okay since were are both shorter than 5 foot 10 inches. We were in the bottom side of the building, so that may be why. Needs end tables.
- Shawna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ward (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Very clean...looks like room was just redone. Room is very basic...nothing too fancy, which is fine if all you are wanting is somewhere to sleep and shower.
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammy (9/5): Would stay again - Clean, easy to get to, bed was comfortable Was cool in the room but never got cold
- Janet (6/5): Good value, clean and comfortable - The bed was comfy; Coffee in the room The furniture was in shabby condition; the room was on a slant
- Green (9/5): Superb - Comfortable bed, clean and value No complaints
- Shelia (7/5): Good - Convenient to what we were doing. The keyless entry was nice. Nichole was extremely helpful. It's on my list for repeat stay. Just a few ideas, could have some chairs outside of the room other than the picnic tables by the road. TV could be mounted on the wall, so that it's easier to watch for the smaller rooms. Darker curtains on the windows so that the porch lights don't light up the room at nite.
- Jamie (10/5): My husband and I made a short trip for his birthday and just wanted an inexpensive room. We got an inexpensive but fanta - Ease of checking in. The price. The room was perfect There isn’t anything
- Hue (10/5): Exceptional - Nice comfortable rooms Having to text ID card and credit card information over unsecured means
- Anonymous (10/5): Very nice and clean great value good location will stay again - Very clean and good value Only thing was the hot and cold was backwards on the sink
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Lantz (5/5): Passable - It was very clean. It was very small, no chairs to sit on, the bed was so hard and so sunk in the middle you had to get a rolling start to get out of it. no pool, and the lady we saw, I assume, was the manager, had no facial expression what so ever. She looked like someone who was forced to be there.
- Ashley (9/5): Clean! And perfect for a quick trip to Silver Dollar City - The location is excellent for a quick Branson trip, especially after a long day at Silver Dollar City. The rooms were spotless, very very clean, which was much appreciated. The coffee in the bathroom was actually really good! I was so pleasantly surprised by that. The furnishings in one room were a bit older, but everything was well cared for and we could tell that ownership takes care to clean very well. The noise from the nearby road and rooms around were a bit loud when the a/c wasn’t on, but that wasn’t a concern for us as we were so tired it didn’t impede sleep.
- Thomas (9/5): Clean , comfortable, great location! - Incredible value !
- Veronica (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely updated. The air conditioner seemed to be a little older and quit working several times.
- Linda (10/5): Great location, clean, easy to find, beautiful views! - Easy to find. It was close to Billy Gail’s which we love!! The outside reminded us of small motel rooms we stayed in as kids with our parents on family vacations. (Not a bad thing. It made us giddy!) Inside it was spotless, smelled clean, looked clean and was clean. Bed was comfortable, no problems there. Checkout was easy on our cell phone. Would definitely stay there again There was nothing we didn’t like.
- Dawn (7/5): Nice area. Need more lighting in the back. - Location Walking to the front from the back just to smoke. Need to allow somewhere in the back.
- Caleb (5/5): Passable -
- Robinson (9/5): Superb -
- Leeanna (4/5): Disappointing -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grey (9/5): Superb - Very clean and tidy, had no need to contact a staff member as there were no issues. Little fridge and importantly, a freezer for refreezing those freezer packs for the overall very nice and very clean. Love the fact there's no carpet! Maybe could have used one of those webbing folding stands to put luggage on. There's floor space for that or a small table. Another electric outlet at the bathroom sink and/or by the bed.
- Johnson (4/5): Disappointing - No contact check in No one came around from housekeeping. No fresh towels. No ice bucket. No chair.
I'll only stay again if nothing else is available.
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Thomas (10/5): Excellent value!!! - Wonderful!!!
- Zoe (8/5): Very good - it was very close to silver dollar city, and was pretty nice for the price! I do wish there was some kind of breakfast but other than that everything else was great
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Carpenter (6/5): Overall we had a very good experience. - The rooms were very clean! When we arrived at the hotel, there was a cop car sitting there handling a situation. That kind of made me start to rethink my choice in hotels. I thought it was strange that the TV in our room was on when we got there. Video
- Hali (9/5): Superb - Love the self check in. The owners checked in with us before and after check out by phone, and were extremely kind! The location is just minutes from SDC!
- Dagoberto (10/5): booked this hotel so I could experience silver dollar city, the travel time and distance was perfect in every way possib - as soon as I walked into our hotel room, it was completely spotless. bed was neat and everything was perfect.
- Logan (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - Awesome location for visiting Silver Dollar City. Our room did feel clean and was small but everything we needed for a one night stay. Had a hard time sleeping with the location of the outdoor light shining right in our window all night and people above us being noisy.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Noah (10/5): will be staying here again! - rooms looked nice and clean and way more modern than mostly any of the other hotels/motels I’ve stayed at in Branson. rooms are more than fairly priced and the motel is only a 5 minute drive to silver dollar city. the strip is only a 8minute drive as well. staff was very helpful when checking in and answered my phone calls immediately. nothing everything was great!!
- Tracey (10/5): the room was perfect for me! small but comfortable with soft bed and pillows - convenient location to silver dollar city.
no contact check in road traffic is a little noisy
