- Arutiun (8/5): Great apartment in a quiet area with views! - Great apartment for two. Hilda was a great host, helpful and with instant communication. We loved the location, quiet area, great views, with designated parking space, comfortable sofa (it is new! Some previous reviews mentioned sofa as an issue, so I believe it was changed) and bed. The terrace is big and the table and chairs are very authentic, so we appreciated the good intention to make guests feel comfortable :) - We had to clean ourselves the apartment at arrival, I believe it was cleaned at the end of the summer season and since then it was very dusty and with bugs and spiderwebs. Understandable due to low season, but with the high price-tag I’d expect this not to be the case. - the boiler for hot water is tiny, enough for a very quick shower but this would be an issue for 2+ guests. - shower head is leaking, needs maintenance.
