- Erika (1/5): FRUSTRAÇÃO - O apto tem boa localização, e boa vista, mas fica totalmente prejudicado pela má relação com o cliente. É uma propriedade que tem exigências prévias fora do comum, assinatura de contrato, envio de documentos pessoais, até aí ok, quando chega no imóvel precisa cadastrar a família inteira, e conseguimos entrar quase 30 minutos depois que chegamos.. A concierge apresenta o imóvel destacando em todo o tempo o que não se pode mexer destacando a possibilidade de multa. A impressão é de que você é um vândalo. Mas o mais grave *Gravíssimo* , fiz um pagto que acabou saindo em duplicidade (2 x 1.200) por falha no sinal de internet, do valor que restava de 1200, antes de entrar no imóvel. Solicitei o reembolso no dia 23 de dezembro de 2025, notifiquei há 4 dias e até o momento só pedem pra aguardar o financeiro, sem a mínima urgência para resolver o problema e fazer o reembolso.
