• Martin (4/5): - - location is good and quite central - check in process - The guesthouse was supposed to provide an electric kettle, which we needed for preparing baby food. However, there was no kettle in the room at all (nor in the shared kitchen). After we informed the staff, they ordered one online, but due to the delivery time, it did not arrive before our check-out. - The “shared kitchen” was basically useless, as there were no utensils, cups, or cutlery. - You can hear almost everything from the other rooms and the common area, so the soundproofing is very poor. - The room was not properly clean when we checked in.

Voor de prijs vond ik het erg tegenvallen - De locatie en toen ik de host contacteerde reageerde ze heel snel en kwam met een oplossing. Het was erg klein, geen stoel in de kamer. Er lagen geen schone handdoeken. Geen bestek etc

• Renata (5/5): Great location ! Cold rooms ! - Location is amazing ! At night in winter, where the temperature is near OC or even -1C rooms aren’t heated. Air con in the room is switched off, heating cannot be controlled directly from the room. I have been freezing in my room. I have tried to contact the host for hours, eventually asked me to go to the utility room and adjust the temperature on my own, I didn’t mind that , however during adjusting I’ve noticed that temperature was set for 12C ! During the winter ! Terrible!! Took all night to make it warm , I still ended up sleeping in two jumpers ! Matres is so thin and springy, but I wouldn’t complain about it for the price I paid! Heating is a basic need in the winter

La zona en común de la cocina estaba sucia, desordenado y olía mal. Por el mismo precio se puede encontrar mejores hospedajes, no volvería a repetir

• LIWEI (10/5): - 住宿的位置很好距離名棟三號出口步行約5分鐘，小缺點是有個小爬坡如果有推行李箱會有點痛苦。 自助式無人旅店，有洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐與電磁爐，感覺像是一個小公寓。 價格便宜感覺適合住宿天數較多的旅客。 位置有爬坡推行李會比較辛苦，住宿前面也有一小段階梯。如果是三樓的房間需要爬樓梯，通道有點窄不適合登機箱以外的尺寸。房間的打掃比較基礎比較民宿感，如果是住習慣飯店專人清潔的話可能會不適。但如果是以背包客站的角度來看，算是物超所值。
• YOSHIMOTO (8/5): 韓国に住んでる気分を味わえる - 4人部屋に2人で泊まったが、スーツケースを広げる十分なスペースと電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、ベッドが２つ、キッチン、食器、テレビ、とても便利だった。 明洞駅からも明洞通りも近く、ホテルまで少し坂があるが、坂の途中にコンビニがあったり、ショップがあったり、スーパー、アパレル、カフェがあったりかなりよかった。 部屋もおしゃれだったし、韓国に住んでる気分になれとてもよかった。 また利用したい。 蚊が部屋に入ってきてしまう

Got luggage storege to put your luggage is you arrived early. The staff respond really good. Over all, im satisfied.

• ROZALI (10/5): - The room that I stayed really good enough for 2 people. Need to climb up 2 flight of stairs. Got 2 & half big wardrobe, still got space to open the luggages. Basic cutleries, plates, mug & a pot. Fridge, kettle, microwave & washing machine in a good condition. Great heating system, felt really warm in the December winter. The housekeeper guy really nice, as I arrive early in the morning to leave my luggage there, he cleaned up my room 1st to let me check in early at 12pm & help to carry my luggage upstairs. Also when i checkout, he help me as well to get down my luggage. Thank u so much Jnineguesthouse, it was a great stay. 10 stars!

The guesthouse kindly allowed me to check in about three hours earlier than the scheduled time, which was incredibly helpful and made a great first impression. The location is excellent, very close to the Myeongdong food street, making it easy to enjoy shopping and local cuisine at any time. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable; I booked a room with a private washing machine and a private kitchen, which was extremely convenient and made the stay feel like a home away from home. The host and staff were very friendly, supportive, and attentive, which truly made my experience enjoyable and memorable.

Плесень, паутина, насекомые, волосы ПОД одеялом, пятна на белье, неприятный запах, страшный внешний вид здания, неприятный в общении владелец который пытался всеми силами оправдать свое жилье и не дал компенсацию. К слову в итоге мы съехали из этого жилья и поселились в другом, за те же деньги но с куда лучшими условиями.

Da die Küche mit Waschmaschine an meinem Zimmer angerenzte und ein Gast unbedingt um 23 Uhr das waschen anfangen musste konnte ich natürlich auch nicht schlafen was mich sehr gestört hat. Lärm in der Nacht muss nicht sein. Waschen kann man auch am Tag.

• 曉涵 (4/5): - 床單不夠乾淨，廁所太小，蓮蓬頭就跟洗手台一起，但是怎麼沖澡都會往門口噴，木門也無法完全密閉，所以外面也會濕一地，然後只提供小毛巾也沒有浴巾，也找不到備用的。真的很困擾，床單和房間的乾淨程度也有待加強，所以下次應該不會選擇這個住宿地點，雖然價格還算便宜，但是住宿經驗真的不太好！而且朋友那間房是一直跳電，真的太困擾，也沒辦法立刻處理，希望住宿方可以處理以上問題。

• Ben (3/5): Don’t like giving bad reviews - but this stay was poor - The location was central a short walk away from Myendong station Incredibly small room compared to pictures displayed. There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom which constantly leaked into the bedroom. The entire room felt musty and quite damp. The previous guests dirty t shirt was wedged in between the bed and the wall which speaks for the cleanliness. We were given 4 hand towels and no full size towels. The bathroom is very basic, can’t flush toilet paper, yet they don’t take rubbish from the room. In very close quarters with other guests in a thin corridor, meaning you can hear everything, and can be easily disturbed by any inconsiderate guests. The area itself located in there seems to be quite a lot of rats - evident by screams from a nearby property.

• Maria (2/5): - Terrible stay! The bed was hard and we felt the metal spring, we weight less than 130 pounds each. Also, the light switch for the bathroom and the room were broken. We had to sleep with the light on for 4 days because the electrician was available on Sunday three days after our stay. We left the room and the switch light was not fixed. At first when I checked in they were quick to respond, but when I had this issue they ignored my texts and calls. However, the location was great close to many shops and restaurants.

• Wesley (6/5): Nice place right in near downtown, communicate before w/ staff as communication isn't amazing - The place was nice and warm, lit up upon arrival, the host had made it very welcoming and left amenities like free toothbrush, was nice as flight was delayed until 4:30am arrival, so it was helpful to get in and go right to sleep as only staying there until check out for a few hours. While the bed was tough and rigid (it is normal in Korea), the place was dark and comfy and cozy with the warmer heating. Nice for at least renting for a few hours, but a bit expensive for not getting to have a longer nights stay. For those not familiar with Korea, the towels are always smaller and the bathrooms are wetrooms, no issue for me as I live in Korea, so just for new visitors be ready for some minor differences. Overall the place was nice and appreciated the lights being on and the heating on upon arrival. Host reached out to me a week before asking for my WhatsApp number, to coordinate the arrival there, of which I provided. I never heard back, but messaged as well through Booking.com app to coordinate my arrival. Day before I arrived, I asked for a later check out due to the fact I would be getting into Seoul later. Never heard back. Tried again that evening, nothing. Messaged when I arrived, nothing. My flight was delayed 4 hours making me arrive at 4:30am, so I really wish I could have heard back, though it was a Korean holiday. I messaged one more time, nothing. Slept in until 30 minutes before check out, and then cleaning staff came by. Luckily they had spoken to the host and allowed my 20 extra minutes to pack, but it was a rushed morning and was very exhausting for an arrival. Finally heard back about an hour after check out. Once I responded that I was disappointed with the lack of communication, they responded quite quickly to that! Only when there was a complaint. Oh well. In their defense they had provided a Korean phone number to call, but as I didn't have a Korean number to contact them, it was hard. That's why I reached out on WhatsApp and Booking.com app. I respect that it was a Korean holiday when I messaged but if you are running a hotel, it shouldn't take almost 24 hours to respond to a guest.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 예약 전 참고 바랍니다 - 제가 예약한 숙소의 호실은 도착해보니 반지하였고, 예약 페이지에는 해당 정보가 기재되어 있지 않았습니다. 자고 일어난 후 퇴실 준비를 하던 중 크고 작은 바퀴벌레 2마리를 발견했으며, 해당 장면은 동영상으로도 촬영해두었습니다. 이와 관련해 숙소 측에 문의했지만, “바퀴벌레가 크다면 집바퀴가 아니고 밖에서 들어온 것”이라는 일방적인 답변만 들었고, 이후 영상을 전달했음에도 추가적인 답변은 받지 못했습니다. 숙소 내부 벽면에는 곰팡이가 살짝 피어 있었고, 침구에서도 먼지 냄새가 나는 등 기본적인 위생 관리가 부족하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 전체적으로 실망스러웠고, 위생과 응대 모두 만족스럽지 못했기에 예민하신 분들께서는 참고하시길 바랍니다.
• Lidya (9/5): For us, we will stay here again in the near future. - Our room is very clean. Floor was well heated. Quite spacious. Everything else is great. The location is at a very hilly area. Not recomended for those who is unfit to climb hilly situations.
